Our initial check-in was problematic due to a leaking air conditioner and no hot water. Management responded quickly upon being notified by maintenance. The night manager personally came to the room with a bellman and personally moved our property to an upgraded room. The next day, the day manager, CeeCee, followed up to make sure everything was okay and she did so throughout our stay. Their customer service and response to our unfortunate mechanical issues were excellent. We would stay there again.

This is my second time here and it never fail to amaze me. This place is amazing, the beach , the rooms, the service. The beach front has restaurants and places lining up for an afternoon sunset walk. I can never get tired of coming back here. Especially the buffet every time I think of it . Nice Service from Asray, he’s very accommodating and nice. Hope to come back with my family.

There were two places to eat for breakfast. One called market place which was apt as it was literally like a bangkok street market. Heavily understaffed which causes everything to be understocked and nightmare trying to get a table. We tried the bodega for breakfast instead but as more and more people got fed up with market place they came to bodega. Service at the poolside restaurant for lunch would mean massive wait time over 40 mins to be served your food. Again probably due to lack of staff. We're vegetarian and we're told they had run out of the veggie options. We would advise against half board as there is a different menu for people on half board. Believe it or not there would never be enough towels and zero hand towels in the toilets in our suite. Please beware that the indoor bar has no air con and only a fan so unsurprisingly would be very empty every night because it was so hot. I could go on and on about how this hotel is no near 5 star especially for service. When we complained that our 2 bedroom river suite smelled of sewage we were told 'oh yes that does happen'.
