Thien was amazing, great service and lovely kind heart. Was such a treat, took care of us and spoiled us rotten with cultural treats alongside our meal and drinks. Would really recommended this place for a relaxing time!

It is good try to stay in Banyan tree to celebrate TET. As Chinese, the Lunar New is important as well. The hotel made considerable arrangements for foreign guests. We indulged in the local culture. It is a memorable and fulfilled experience, and solved us homesickness. We would highly appreciate all staffs serviced us. And specially for the following ones. Ms. Bich, out host of villa, took care us very much. Her each arrangement showed her kindness, and many of them exceeded our expectation. Mr. Thien is very nice and professional, who welcome us and helped us to book and make activities reservations. His service made us feel easy and convenient. And Mr. Ty, who works in Watercourt, provided warmly supporting for our everyday breakfast. Under his company, we had very good mood in every morning.

Attentive and friendly staff. very nice and comfortable villas. The Spa was wonderful, The therapists Anna and Vicky are professional and nice. Housekeeping was great and the turndown service that left small extra surprises a highlight. worth to experience =)

완벽한 휴가지 입니다. 휴식을 취하기도 좋고 허니문을 떠나기도 완벽해요. 스파, 레스토랑, 객실 내 개별 풀과 라군뷰를 바라보며 쉬다보니 시간이 너무 빠르게 가네요. 빌라매니져 Tuang 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 감사합니다. I strongly recommend Banyan Tree Lang Co for your holiday or honeymoon. This beautiful resort is located in between breathtaking mountain and lang co beach so you can find yourself surrounded by the nature. A private villa with a pool, lagoon view, and a warm hospitality made my holiday perfect. Although some days were rainy however the restaurants, relaxing yoga class and kind staffs made me so happy. Thanks for giving me this relaxing time, especially my villa manager Tuang. She was professional and kind. Thank you.

We arrived tired after a 24 hour trip from the Uk and were greeted by the most perfect team. Sadly our stay was not blessed with very good weather but the team more than made up for it. From upgrading our room to the most perfect hands on customer service we have encountered in our travels Particular thanks go to Thuyen who was amazing arranging everything from a coffee to a day trip and making our stay so memorable Finally our friend the barman Hiu(?) who was both a great mixologist and a friendly communicative face at the end of the day This hotel has customer service perfected Thank you
