Beautiful natural scenery

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us in Russian, and this continued at the reception, which was not pleasant. Being in Turkey, we expected to experience the Turkish language and culture. Most of the service staff were non-Turkish and spoke Russian about 90% of the time. Almost all of them provided cold and inattentive service, which detracted from the overall experience. The hotel is set in beautiful natural scenery. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel and beach was average and could be improved. In the Deluxe Family Suite, the placement of the two separate beds and the wardrobe was inconvenient, and the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable while sleeping. The Rixy Kids Club and Adventure Park were excellent for children, although the shows were average. Our day at the pavilion was wonderful, offering a completely different and relaxing atmosphere. Lunch at La Rosetta A'la Carte Restaurant was delicious. Although the ice creams at the Ice Cream House were tasty, the non-Turkish female server was emotionless, lacked communication, and appeared very detached; we even wondered if she might be mute. The Patisserie Art featured lovely designs and tasty desserts. However, we were disappointed with the food at the main Turquoise Restaurant, which was below average, especially the bread, other flour-based products, and dessert sections.

Very nice hotel! Our family really enjoyed our vacation. Special thank you to football academy. Coaches are doing a great job. Our son haven't missed a single training. Great food! So many restaurants and a huge variety of delicious choices.

Amazing hotel! We visited as a family with 3 children in August and cannot recommend the hotel enough. From the moment we arrived and were upgraded to a spacious villa, till we finally left with a hotel arranged private transfer, we really enjoyed our stay. We have previously stayed at Rixos in Egypt and Ras al Khaimah and must say this was better than both. The customer service, special mentions to Merve, Yagmur, and Habip, was exceptional, as was the daily activities for toddlers and teenagers, as well as the high quality facilities. The food and drink in restaurants was really nice and having your very own Starbucks on site was truly wonderful! Special thank you to Seval for making the perfect ice coffee! The Rixy club for our 3 year old was perfect for a change of scenery. The staff at the rixy club are so accommodating and welcoming. They have an outdoor play area and indoors there are various rooms with different activities. The club is very inviting and encourage children so join in activities and reward everyone with treats! Our little one also loved the aqua slide park for small children. Wasn’t too busy. Lifeguards always on duty. Plenty of loungers available. On our last day we unfortunately had an issue that affected our flight back. Mistakes can happen and though disappointing the most important thing is how people respond. The approach by the Hotel Director Cagri was exceptional. Taking a lead personally he made sure everything was done to rectify the issue as best as possible. What could have ruined our holiday was turned around with us leaving planning to return next year. Yes there are small issues such as more staff needing to speak English, requirement for additional buggies to transfer guests around the resort and varying food options in the main restaurant, but these do not take away from the exceptional hotel.

We got upgraded to a suite room for free, which was very kind of them. The service was very quick and was very very clean as well. The Internet worked perfectly and the food was delicious. We had the honor to be assisted by: Hillary Moussa and Shadi. They helped us with everything we ever needed, and we’re there for us the whole entire trip. If you had any questions or wanted to make any reservations, we go ahead and message them and reply would also be instantly so we had to wait no more than two minutes. Rixos is definitely The place for your family vacation.

Hotel was really good! And so many selection for food! Lots of activities to do in the hotel! We had a two personal assistant Ulugbek and Kaan, they were lovely and attentive! Thank you to both of them for helping us out with any queries! Overall great experience!
