We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, especially after your stay at Rixos Premium Belek. We are, however, very pleased that you appreciated our beautiful location surrounded by mountains, the landscaped gardens, and the lovely beach — as well as your positive comments about Said at the beach bar and our head bartenders. Your kind words will certainly be shared with them. At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay — including the booking process for our à la carte restaurants, the buffet variety, and some service interactions — did not reflect the high standards that we strive to maintain.
