Me and my family have stayed in this hotel several years in a row from 2015 to 2020 years. And decided to come back to this hotel again this year. I have noticed that service significantly got worse. We have booked a pavilion on the beach. And have our meals in Club house, on breakfast they gave us yesterdays STALE pancake for a baby, only after our complain they made a new pancake. Today at breakfast they gave DIRTY glasses for water. There were no utensils ready for us. The wait for food is long. Even though the club house supposed to be VIP, the service doesn’t seem luxury.

My vacation with my family was amazing. I would like to thank to Ms.Merve Cetin and Mr.Hasan Gezici from guest relation and Mr. Serdar from Front Office Manager for their hospitality and help during our stay. Thank you so much guys:) The only thing that we were not satify was the aquapark for adults. It was impossible to reach at the top as the stairs was uncovered it was so hot to step on.

Wonderful all inclusive resort. Location, beach, service, food, activities, entertainment all great. WhatsApp concierge and info system we hadn’t seen anywhere else before - works really welll. Great wifi everywhere, even outdoors areas.

You guys have made this holiday fantastic in every way! So much so that we are thinking of returning again next year! Everyone who works here seems like they genuinely care about their job and want us to have a good time! All staff so helpful and kind. We couldn’t believe we were offered a free room upgrade when we arrived tired and exhausted from travelling. Our room is incredible. Meals are amazing in every restaurant! Sports Entertainment Facilities Kids club All first class! We would like to give special thanks and compliments to the following staff; Hibib on reception Elif our chambermaid Merve & Yagmur our lovely personal assistants We love RIXOS ❤️

I visited Antalya with my husband and two kids 11 year old daughter and 9 year old son. We loved the ambience the kids club was amazing and there are unlimited options of entertainment for families. We had booked a family suit so we had 2 personal assistants/ butlers Merve and Yagmur who made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Only feedback is the rooms were not as what we were expecting as we had visited Rixos Abudhabi but the facilities were more then what we anticipated. I will recommend that families should plan a visit to Rixos Tekirova 💖
