We had a very good experience at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and well organized. The buffet was especially good — fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety of options. Special thanks to assistant Darya, who was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Her support made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great experience — we would happily stay here again.

Amazing experience at the exclusive sport club with all the sport activities and great hotel and very welcoming staff. The room and food was amazing also the swimming area is great and heated

Nice hotel but not perfect holiday

Of course, the hotel itself is luxurious and the staff are generally polite; however, I rated the service three stars due to a very disappointing experience. I was staying with my father, and my brother and his family wanted to visit us briefly to sit in the lobby. Security made them wait for 15 minutes, then management required them to leave an ID and sign a form stating they would leave within 30 minutes. Exactly after 30 minutes, two staff members came and escorted them out of the hotel, which was completely unacceptable. My father and mother are elderly with limited mobility and did not leave the hotel during our stay. They simply wanted to see my brother and his family, but the hotel management did not allow this. Additionally, the quality of the included food and drinks—especially the beverages and coffee—was below expectations. Finally, the beach is not directly accessible and requires about a seven-minute walk, including taking an outdoor elevator.

We understand that your primary concern was the comfort and well-being of your elderly parents. Please know that we fully empathize with the challenges they faced due to limited mobility, and we genuinely appreciate your effort to make their visit enjoyable. Regarding your visitors, they arrived late in the evening and stayed in the hotel for more than 40 minutes. In accordance with hotel rules, visitors cannot remain in the hotel after certain hours. While a 30-minute visit was granted, as per our policy an ID was required and the visit duration strictly limited. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, including those with limited mobility. We also noted your comments about the food and beverage quality and have shared them with our culinary and beverage teams for review. As for beach access, Rixos Downtown Antalya is a city resort located in the center of Antalya. Access to the beach involves a short walk and use of an outdoor elevator, which is standard for city resorts in this area. We hope that despite these challenges, your parents were able to enjoy some of the facilities and services we offer.
