I was staying in this beautiful hotel for 3 nights. Perfect atmosphere and lovely staff who they behave like a family to you and their goal is make you satisfied 24 hours. Reception staff, Yunus and Burak, and all the F&B staff are so kind and friendly. Quality of foods, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent location,out door heating pool,equipped gym and many other nice things are the strengths of this hotel. I highly recommend getting a bike from the hotel and riding the whole sea side,it is so joyful. Thank you 🙏

We enjoyed our stay, and the guy from main restaurant that serving us Adil akpinar was amazing he really made our stay way better. Also location is perfect, I will recommend this place, for sure. Room was big enough to get comfortable, generally it was good we are gonna come back next year.

Adil Alpinar served us twice and he was friendly, happy to serve and very attentive. I appreciate having people like him when I am on vacation and just want to relax and enjoy the time with my wife. He made us feel welcome and special. He went above and beyond what we expected.

One of the most elegant 5* hotels, I've ever been to! Upon entering the hotel, we were taken to the lobby by the smart door men, and told to have a seat. Our luggages were given a no and then taken away to our room. Whilst we were filling forms in, we were asked what drinks we'd like. Bilgehan samanc filled our forms in, and after checking passports we were asked if we'd like a free upgrade to side Seaview from the amazing staff at the desk which is manned by 4/5 smartly presented staff at all times. The room given was on 6th floor and views were amazing. The mountain, the city and side sea view overlooking the huge pool area. The room equally spacious, elegant and has a mini bar fully topped up each day. Bathroom full of all expected 5* little luxuries and a huge queen ann bed. The bed and pillows were of excellent luxury quality one would expect in a top hotel! Bedding, and towels changed each day. Our safe was not working and after phoning reception, this was sorted in 5 mins. The food is absolutely amazing, so much on offer you're spoilt for choice Top food, all round, nothing to fault. The spa, the gym and everything else is of most upper luxury end. The staff in the restaurant are one fantastic team, every single person is ever so helpful as are the waiters outside, offering drinks throughout the day and just can't do enof for you. Many bar areas scattered outside as well as inside, just plenty to choose and sit. Entertainment programme always on and one can pick and choose where to go. In the restaurant adil, really took great care of us and made a table always for us. Outside there's a waiter in roller skates whose working effortlessly hard ensuring all guests have drinks as and when required, he's called Talip don't no how he does it but good st his job and watchg him at it all day appears so tiring but he works just so hard morning to evening. There's a hotel shuttle taking you to their very own theme park twice a day and to beach. He cudnt do enough, deserves a pay rise as so do other young workers. A good point, no silly fighting over sunbeds. They've got a person going round collecting towels of empty lounges, and from reserved loungers. Which is fantastic. There's signs pinned next to umbrellas do not lay a towel and reserve a lounger. My overall verdict: NO 1 HOTEL WITH ZERO COMPLAINTS. I would give this hotel 100% top marks, and highly recommend this. The reviews I read b4 coming here were to look out for, but once here, found to be untruecompletely untrue and appear to be falsely made up. Customers with complaints get back around £60 from tour operators, so now I see why there's some negative reviews. Please do not believe these reviews as they are lies. There's no loud music at all in the grounds and only live music in the entertainment area after 9pm which is around the other end of hotel, and from our room at 627 + 629 we couldn't even hear it. Reviews of complainants are highly false and untrue. I would recommend this hotel and would indeed return here again.

Staff are very welcome and friendly, the room is very clean and everything is stocked daily. Lovely food and nice atmosphere. It was our first time visiting Turkey and Antalya and we have very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our trip a good one
