Regarding the shuttle service to The Land of Legends, advance reservation is a standard procedure that applies equally to all guests without exception. Although several shuttle buses may be visible, the number of vehicles and their capacity are planned according to the daily reservations. This system ensures that every guest who has reserved a seat is guaranteed transportation. These procedures are clearly explained during check-in, and written information is also provided to every guest. According to our records, the issue occurred because seats had already been allocated through the reservation system, and seats reserved by other guests were occupied without a valid reservation. Our team therefore had to ask those guests to vacate the reserved seats so that guests who had followed the established procedure could use the transportation they had booked. This action was taken solely to ensure fairness and respect for all guests who complied with the reservation policy. It was in no way related to nationality, ethnicity, or any other personal characteristic. We take allegations of discrimination extremely seriously. However, we must respectfully state that there is no evidence supporting the claim that our colleague acted in a racist manner. Our team welcomes guests from all over the world every day and is committed to providing the same level of service and respect to everyone, regardless of nationality or background. Respect is a mutual principle. Just as our guests expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, we also expect our hotel procedures and our employees to be respected. Rules established for the benefit of all guests must be followed equally by everyone. Regarding the bed linen, we would like to clarify that, in line with our sustainability policy, bed linen is changed upon the guest's request rather than automatically every day. This information is clearly explained on the card placed next to the bed in every guest room. When this card is placed on the bed, it serves as a request for our Housekeeping team to replace the bed linen. This practice is part of our environmental commitment and is applied consistently throughout the hotel. We are sorry that your overall impression of your stay was affected. Nevertheless, we believe it is important that the circumstances surrounding both the shuttle service and our housekeeping procedures are presented accurately, as our team was simply following the hotel's established standards and operational procedures.
