From the end ,the staff covers the hotel,the food below zero,restaurant no presentation, no quality food at all and no variety and nothing to eat,hahaha u never see the management around, u don't know where they hide,from farid executive chef lollllll

Good hotel, maybe not ideal for a British family holidy

Overall a really nice break in a lovely hotel with the wife, 2 kids (14 & 10) and the mother in law. The pros: really nice hotel, lovely and clean, in gorgeous grounds right on the beach. Kids loved the table tennis, pool table and hotel in general. All inclusive drinks were excellent - lots of imported names to choose from. My tipple was a johnnie walker and coke. very chilled ambience. The cons: food was poor. The main restaurant was closed for refurbishment, so it felt like we were shoe-horned into the Italian restaurant which, in my opinion, wasn't geared up for the numbers.Quality of the food was hit and miss and not really catering for the English tourist tastes. Majority of tourists (approx 90% I would say) were Russian, which was fine, but it did mean things like food and entertainment (though this was incredibly limited) was aimed at Russians. I spoke to a couple of other Brits who commented that the food on previous stays was excellent, but they were clearly cutting corners in the winter months. Overall, a good trip. Would I go again, no, but the staff were all great and it is a lovely, comfortable hotel.

Disappointing Experience at Rixos Beldibi

Ahh! Where do I even begin… I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent holiday experience my family and I are having,which we booked through TUI. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were disheartened to discover that the main restaurant was undergoing refurbishment, resulting in a relocation to a smaller, overcrowded space with limited food choices. Unfortunately, the quality of the food served did not meet our expectations, further dampening our holiday spirit. The food is literally HORRIBLE. Same repetitive everyday lunch and dinner. Same sides, same salads, same mains.. Additionally, we were surprised to find out that the main pool was also under refurbishment, depriving us of one of the key amenities we were looking forward to enjoying during our stay. These inconveniences significantly detracted from our overall experience, especially considering that such crucial details were not disclosed on your website at the time of booking. I must emphasize that our decision to book this holiday was heavily influenced by the exceptional experience we had at RIXOS DOWNTOWN during our previous visit. The discrepancy between our past experience and the current one at RIXOS BELDIBI has left us deeply disappointed. We are still at the hotel. It has robbed us of our holiday experience we so look forward to all year long. This is not a five star in any way. WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Not worth the money

Management not helpful. No air con in hotel. Telephone in room not working. 3 days room not cleaned properly. Too far of travelling to Antalya. Yellow taxis do not pick up from hotel, you have to use hotel taxi return is 130 euros. Food is the same each day. Cats in hotel in restaurants, lounge, stairs. Staff are helpful and polite but not much knowledge with explaining tourist information. Beach is just pebble. A lot of the outside is still closed no pools or outside atmosphere very boring. City life stay in Antalya closer to old town.

Our hotel has air conditioning and our air conditioning is a central system. It works this way. If there is a DND card hanging in your room, it is normal for your room not to be cleaned. If you want it later, it can be done immediately. You can call a taxi by requesting from the reception, public transportation is also possible rather than the transfer company in our hotel and this costs 2 euros per person. The distance from Antalya to our hotel is 27 km. Our meals are changed daily with the recipes of our professional chefs. While our hotel is in winter concept, our indoor pool is in service and our outdoor areas are closed due to weather conditions. Despite this information, all of the services we have committed to you continue to be provided in full. We are sorry that we cannot offer you Rixos Quality in general.
