THE GOOD - Good location in the Kensington area, around the corner from Gloucester Road tube station. Great access to tube and shops, a few pubs and a good variety of restaurants. Also only an easy 10-15 minute walk to Natural History Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum - both world-class museums. And 10 minutes to Hyde Park. Rooms are well refurbished and tastefully done for a 3-star hotel. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was nice in an underground area. Very small, but we managed to always get a table. Elena at breakfast was wonderful, thank you! NOT SO GOOD - The rooms were just too small for my liking. Not much room to put your luggage on the floor, especially if you have large baggage. And the shower water in the bathroom did not drain properly. So you’re constantly showering in foot-deep water. Something that needs fixing.

We absolutely loved it! 🏨 The location is perfect - there's a bus stop right outside the entrance (74 bus), and Gloucester Road Underground is super close. You're also within walking distance to the Albert and Victoria Museum and the Natural History Museum. Plus, it's just a couple of stops away from Notting Hill! 😊 The room is cozy, with everything you need: a boiler, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a great view.

Excellent location for Westminster. The staff on reception were welcoming and professional when I checked in. The room was small (although probably average for London), but very comfortable. Including breakfast in the room rate was an added advantage. The continental breakfast was good, with a range of cereals, pastries and fruit. A particular thank you to Elena in the breakfast room who was very helpful.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this ibis hotel in London and pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Esmeret and Elena, whose professionalism and warmth made a real difference. The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for visiting museums, restaurants, and the Royal Albert Hall, all within easy reach. Despite facing the street, the room was quiet and allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant, meeting all expectations for a stay in this category. The breakfast offering is rather basic, but perfectly adequate to start the day. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the location, and the level of service, the hotel offers very good value for money and is an easy recommendation for a stay in London.

We spent 5 nights at the Ibis style and we truly enjoyed it. The location was perfect. There is a tube station just around the corner, 15 minutes away from Picadelly circus. A bus stop right in front of the door to take us to the city centre. The hotel is lovely. The staff very nice. Finger up for Elena and Esmeret, the breakfast waitresses. It was a pleasure to see them every morning. Always smiling, very helpful and very nice. Thank you to all the team, we had a lovely stay.
