Personnel at reception were very helpful. I much appreciate the help given by Miss Amy at reception desk during booking of train tickets to Cambridge and Windsor Castle. All members of my family enjoyed the breakfast served. The speed of cleaning service of the room is slow.

Our breakfast at Aroma Restaurant is indeed a point of pride, offering a range of choices including Continental, Full English/Irish, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, and American options, all in a buffet style for our guests' enjoyment. However, we regret to hear that the efficiency of our room cleaning service did not meet your expectations. We understand how important a promptly maintained room is to our guests' comfort and satisfaction. Rest assured, we will review our housekeeping schedules to ensure we deliver the swift and thorough service that is expected from us. Finally, we are pleased that you found our staff at the reception to be of great help during your stay. Cleaning level Zero- bath was full of hairs,just disgusting. Service at bar and reception Zero, no smile, no customer friendliness nothing whatsoever.. Awfull just awfull, went for business with partners and would not like to be sent there again. Just AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very attentive reception, nothing was to big to ask! Good selection for breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely recommend to people visiting London, as it was very well connected close to public transport. Thank you for making our stay something to remember.

Excellent hotel Great location for Apollo Shruti on reception was so great and professional, she couldn’t help us enough 😊 We had a upgrade to an executive suite, which was lovely There’s also a mini market on site and excellent bar and restaurant
