We are sorry to learn that your recent visit with your child did not reflect the standard you have come to expect, particularly with regard to the servicing of your room and the assistance provided during the evening hours. We fully understand how disappointing it must have been to return late each night to find your room had not been attended to, and to experience delays when requesting linen and amenities. Your comments regarding the information shared at check-in, the coordination between Reception and Housekeeping, and the manner in which your requests were handled have been noted and passed to the relevant Heads of Department for their review. Feedback such as yours is invaluable in helping us examine our internal processes.
