パディントン駅からスーツケースを持って徒歩で約10分。 周辺は中東系やインド系のカフェやレストランが並ぶエリアの反対側で、再開発が進む新しいビルやマンションが立ち並んでいます。 オフィスや多くのレストラン、カフェ、小さなスーパーもあり、滞在にはとても便利な環境でした。 運河沿いのレストランにはオープンスペースがあり、外で飲むととても気持ちが良いです。 ホテルのロビーとレストランは新しくスタイリッシュで、ゆったりとした造り。 客室も広く、スーツケースを二つ広げても十分なスペースがあります。 トイレとバスルームは別で、少し古い造りではあるものの、シャワー室に加えてバスタブがあるのが嬉しいポイントでした。 お水はエレベーター前のウォーターサーバーでセルフ式。 好きな量を汲めるのでエコで便利です。 夜は静かで人も少ないですが、周辺は安全です。 ロンドンオフィスにも近いので、また出張の際に利用したいと思います。

アンケートの機会をいただきありがとうございます。また日本語で回答できるので私にとって非常にうれしいです。 前回は2018年に宿泊しとても良かったので今回も期待していましたが、部屋に関して残念な結果でした。食事はとてもおいしく満足です。 今回は3泊予約しました。2階のエレベーターの隣の部屋で、窓からはすぐ隣のビルのオフィス。窓が開けられずリラックスできないので、翌朝部屋の変更をお願いしましたが、断られました。「今日は満室なので」と。受付ではチェックアウトのお客様が多数見受けられたので、本当に変更できないのかと不信感を覚えました。

今回は、16時過ぎに部屋に戻ろうとしていたら、ちょうどベッドメイキング中でしたので、スタバで時間をつぶしました。全体的に、毎回ベッドメイキングが遅い傾向にあるようです。人手が不足しているのか、それとも宿泊客が遅くまで滞在しているのか、理由は分かりません。 　この点を除けば、さすがノボテルという立派なホテルでして、大変快適な滞在を楽しむことができます。
