Dear Lichen, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your recent stay with us. I am delighted to read that you found our location convenient, particularly with its proximity to Paddington Station and your London office. It's wonderful to know that you enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the neighbourhood, from the excellent selection of Middle Eastern and Indian restaurants to the pleasant canal-side dining areas and the many nearby amenities. I am also pleased that you appreciated our spacious and stylish public areas, as well as the comfort and practicality of your room. It is especially rewarding to hear that the generous room size, separate bathroom facilities, and bathtub contributed positively to your stay. Your comments regarding our water dispenser are much appreciated, and we are glad that our eco-friendly approach proved both convenient and beneficial during your visit. It is reassuring to know that you found the area peaceful, safe, and comfortable, particularly during the evenings. Creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests is something we take great pride in. I hope you also had the opportunity to enjoy our leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, which many of our guests find to be a perfect way to unwind after a busy day in London. Thank you once again for your kind recommendation. We are honoured that you would choose to stay with us again on your next business trip, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Dear Masami, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing to stay with us again after your visit in 2018. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the food during your stay. We’re very sorry that your room did not meet your expectations and that we were unable to offer a room change at the time. Please note that your booking was for a twin room, and these room types are located only on the first and second floors, which unfortunately limited the options available during your stay. I completely understand your disappointment, and I would be happy to assist you personally with your next booking to ensure a more comfortable experience. Please feel free to email me directly.

Dear Takahiro, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel London Paddington. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely, The Novotel London Paddington Team.
