Dear Lijia, Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our hotel’s location in a quiet residential area with convenient amenities nearby. Dear Michi, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Mercure London Earls Court. We are delighted that you enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of your room, as well as the use of the espresso machine. Our rooms have been recently renovated and feature a minimalistic design inspired by local culture. However, we regret that there was no refrigerator in your room. Although we have minibars in our deluxe rooms and suites, we will consider providing refrigerators in all rooms as part of our future service improvements. Finally, we are delighted that you enjoyed the tranquil location of Earls Court. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a one-minute walk from West Brompton station, and offers easy access to central London and Wimbledon. There are also Harrods and various museums nearby, making it easily accessible. The entire team really hope we can welcome you back on a future occasion.
