However, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the provision of some amenities or facilities. We usually respond quickly to issues with shower drainage. Also, if you would like to replenish the in-room supplies, please feel free to ask the front desk next time, and we will take care of it immediately. Nevertheless, we hope you found our newly equipped and comfortable rooms convenient as a base for enjoying the streets of London. We are especially pleased to hear that you enjoyed the easy access to nearby attractions such as King’s Road and the Natural History Museum. 部屋が改装されたばかりでとてもキレイです。 トイレやシャワーの水圧も十分で満足。洗面所などのアメニティはタオルのみですが、自分で工夫したら良いことで、これは合理的で良いし、その分宿泊料金が下げられているので満足。朝食は毎日同じメニューで飽きるが、クオリティに不満は一切無く、とても美味しいし、清潔感も満足。チェックイン・アウトは事前にオンラインで済ませるので、フロントは混雑しないのでとても良い。様々な相談に応じてくれて（私の場合はVodafonのアクティベーション）とても親切だ。来年もぜひ行きたいです。ありがとうございました。
