1. Misleading name! The hotel is NOT in Earls court, but far from Earls court. This is in West Brompton. 2. No refrigerator in the room. 3. Water bottles never refilled. 4. Old rooms. 5.AC is not very functional. 6. Restaurant not worth a visit.

Spent 2 nights here as part of Costsaver tour. We arrived a day early to explore London on our own. Hotel was ideally located to catch the West Brompton tube (2 minute walk). We took the tube from Heathrow to hotel with out any difficulty. Ate at restaurant one night and food was good. Breakfast was standard fare and plentiful. We ate at a local place about 2 doors down on 2nd night, can't remember the name, but good food as well. There was a small casina we found while out walking just around the corner. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Akrintee in the reception coffee corner helped me with my order. I love coffee but I generally don’t know the different names etc. Payment was easy from my phone and under £4 was a bargain for central London. Overall, a stress free experience and strongly recommended.

It has been quite a satisfactory stay at Ibis London Earls Court. The location is very convenient being very close to West Brompton and West Kensington subway stations as well as bus stops in the best suitable way. There are a lot of restaurants, shops for all needs and the reception personnel all are very receptive , helpful and take care of their guests especially Samrina had been very supportive. Thanks a lot for this wonderful stay.

This is a fabulous hotel, near tubes to get into London. Staff really helpful and friendly. Rooms a good size, clean and comfy. A little noisy due to the air vents outside if you have the windows open, but I had earplugs so that was fine. Great value for money for parking. Will defo stay again.
