Has just about everything for stopover - central city location (5 minute walk from Glasgow central train station) easy check-in, polite and friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, comfortable queen bed. Pity breakfast not included in rate. Liked retro music themed decor!

Great quirky hotel in a quiet area

We booked here for 3 nights as a base for a couple of gigs we had tickets for. It is an approx 7 minute walk from Glasgow central on a quiet business street. The hotel is quirky and modern and different to your standard ibis or Premier Inn. I loved the fact that the check-in desk is a piano. Our room was big and clean. The only tiny criticism I wotjs have is lack of storage space. We had 3 night booked, and the wardrobe was a small single wardrobe, and there were no drawers or cupboards, so we used the large window sill. We ate here on the first night, and the food was lovely. Offering burgers and hot dogs and there is also a vegetarian menu. The breakfast has plenty of choice in hot breakfasts and cereals. Pastries and cold meats. I am returning to Glasgow in August, and I've cancelled my hotel and rebooked this one as I liked it so much.

Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room.. beds were so uncomfortable, pillows were rock hard.. Room was clean but you could see a lot of stains in the carpet, on the chair and there were dark black stains on the bedding?? No idea what that could have been?? The room itself was a good size with ample storage for a short stay. The tv was big and attached to the wall.. but you had to squeeze past the tv to get to the windows/other side of bed.. caused a few bumps and bruises to upper body.. staff were quite friendly.. location is ideal for the city and train station.. Usually stay on the other side of the city for less money but have better quality accommodation..

Delay in getting checked in although was already booked, had to wait while they booked in other people. Not a good start. Bedroom was fine but terrible pillows 2 flat hard ones, and 2 lumpy ones... whatever happened to hotel pillows? Hardly slept as temperature kept going up to 26 Although I kept putting down to 18! Not a good stay at all I'm afraid 😞

We were sent there from KLM following our flight having an issue with a door and although we were extremely stressed and tired the staff at the hotel were lovely and extremely polite. Will book to come stay again. Thank you so much for helping!
