Had a lovely stay here. Rooms were lovely and clean. Great choice at breakfast…everyone catered for! The staff were so friendly & so helpful! Zoltan at reception was absolutely fantastic…so welcoming, very knowledgeable & just a lovely person all round!!

.. this is a great place to stay. 4 night visit for work in the city. Room was ideal, and quiet too, with a comfy bed which is of course, a plus. Bar was relaxing with attentive and friendly staff, pool table was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent, as was the Club Sandwich for dinner, you don't go hungry here! Carmen on the front desk was brilliant and made me feel at home. Cheers.

Carmen was great. Was on a delayed train and ended up in the hotel late. She was very welcoming and did a great job at cheering me up. Fantastic. She told me about all the facilities on offer and registered my room key so that I could use them from the get go.

I had a great experience at the hotel, thanks to Zoltan at reception. He greeted me with a warm smile and was super helpful, giving me the best local tips. Really made my stay special! This demonstrates the value of good customer service. Definitely appreciated.

Brilliant stay made memorable for the excellent customer service that I received from the wonderful team at the Novotel Glasgow who were extremely efficient, professional and, above all, friendly, always striving to go that extra mile to make mine and other guests residence the finest that it could be, which they achieved with great success. Located on the edge of the city centre, the hotel is well positioned for the cities attractions, shopping and nightlife including some great restaurants and bars. I have stayed in far superior Novotel rooms, these were a little bland in terms of décor and outlook, yet they we wonderfully clean, yet the old television was a disappointment. Having said that I would certainly recommend this hotel.
