Our stay at this substandard property was marked by a less than exceptional introduction. Firstly, we were given a room with no WiFi (a known issue). We were then moved to a room with WiFi but the living/bedroom area smelled of smoke and the bathroom smelled badly of dry pipes and sewerage. The shower door was also filthy. Management said they would upgrade us if we don't cancel and walk - which was my response after the second room was found to be substandard. For convenience only, we stayed The 'best' room had a sizeable area of wall in the living area that had been water damaged (again, a known issue). The manager, Stefano, was almost completely ineffectual. To admit to ongoing issues like damp and water ingress and skirt around why long-standing issues were not continually monitored and reissued BEFORE allowing a guest to use a room, was unacceptable. They might have refunded half a night and half the exorbitantly expensive laundry bill -something else they managed to be ineffective at with clothes returned reeking heavily of chemical fragrance - but this did not go all the way to resolving the issue This experience has actually made us stop booking Accor in favour of Marriott or Hilton. I've already shared my complaints at the hotel and have provided photos and submitted a Google review. This property is not fit for guests and people should know. That was supposed to be our anniversary.

Closed spa and gym. This was however opens after requested. Had to move my car three times, which again is somthinng I have not experienced at a M hotel. We were them given breakfast as a gesture of good will. This was nice, we were given a menu, ordered a omelette and two coffees. We were about to leave and other guests arrived, we then saw that there was a buffet around the corner, which we weren't told about, I asked the guys said yes there is, I asked where he thought it would have been good to mention to us.... Then when we were leaving we were asked if we enjoyed our stay, I said no, the reply was OK. Normally someone would be brought to ask why, but I think the hotel didn't really care.

We arrived early from Naples and we were made very welcome and able to access our room before the official check in time, which was much appreciated. The hotel has a great modern look and is well maintained and equipped. Location is perfect, a short walk from the Station and and even shorter walk to the entrance to the Pompeii Archaeological site with cafes, bars and restaurants right outside.
