The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Arranged tickets for us and explained extra offerings that the hotel had. Spa was wonderful, the room was very current and comfortable.

Receptionists with very bad attitude, i had to force them to explain me about the parking methods, we called in advance to get directions as there were some festivities in town, and they said they couldn’t give me some advice. When we tried the Il Circolo restaurant it was closed (we arrived 30 minutes earlier ), we asked the hostess to wait meanwhile in the bar . We had our drinks and there was no follow up on our table. Furthermore we tried asking the Mixologist Manager about the menu and recommendations, he just chose to ignore us. Although the restaurant looks inviting to dine there, we chose to leave. Why would we dine somewhere where locals feel welcome (we spotted the differences) and foreigners like trash. The hotel is marvelous, well positioned in Pompei, walking distance to main attractions, but we will never come back. We will spend our money somewhere else.

Checked in.. was charged an additional 30 euros for my wife. Didn’t have breakfast included. What is the extra charge for? Room was underwhelming and extremely long lines to check in and check out.
