My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a single night on the occasion of my wife's birthday at the end of a relatively long trip across Europe staying in (mostly) Accor hotels. The hotel is very well situated in Pompeii and the building itself is exceptional; however, there were two key issues that negatively impacted our stay: (i) lack of hot water in our Junior Suite and (ii) poor service in the terrace bar (The Roof) and the main restaurant (Il Circolo). Both of these issues negatively impacted our experience at the hotel and were not what I had hoped for on my wife's special day.

We loved the hotel, very modern and clean. The restaurant was very good. Would have liked to have dinner on the terrace but it was only bar food so we didn't even get a chance to go up. Very close to the Pompeii entrance and set back in the street so not on the very busy street. I would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Good breakfast options and the beds were comfortable. The nightlight in the bathroom, though, was too bright and interfered with sleep. No way to dim it or turn it off.
