Overall, it is the service that’s highly commendable. We got a spacious room with fantastic view of Dubai skyline. The Japanese restaurant has very good selection along side friendly staff. I would commend Ms. Charm in the executive lounge who has been very helpful to make our overall stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Great service in this hotel. Was renting a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 year and can’t be more happy of the service delivered by all employees (Buddha from the swimming pool and his colleague, the lifeguards, all the gym employees, the housekeeping team, the Bijou team). Hands up for Katia and Ahmed Torky, 2 great managers 👍. Keep up the good work and we will miss you.

I have just returned from a magical 2 week stay over Christmas at the Sofitel Obelisk. As a returning guest I received a very warm welcome from Rehan on the front desk team who gave me a wonderful room with fantastic views. I had booked bed and breakfast this time and the food and service was excellent the staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Sabina & Abr keep all the guests happy and Rashid knew my order daily! The spa, gym and pool were immaculate and I loved the new introduction of Tailko to the pool food options. It’s also great that they changed the sauna area to open use to guests during the busy period. Mahamood runs the whole area to an excellent standard and you feel like you are at a leisure club and he and his staff make guests feel very welcome and are always happy. Issa ‘s team are also so lovely and helpful and Anna is as always on hand to help with bookings it was great to see all the staff again. The housekeeping service was fantastic, my bedding and towels were changed daily an ex my room was kept spotless, thank you to the team for all their hard work! Myself and 7 friends booked The Nine restaurant in the hotel for Christmas Day and it was fantastic from start to finish, the food, drinks and atmosphere felt so personal and Chef Russell was amongst the guests checking everything and speaking to guests, he was fantastic with keeping the kids entertained with gingerbread making tips. He really made sure all guest’s were happy and having a great day thank you! The atmosphere in the hotel for Christmas was just lovely with beautiful decor and. Music and even a harpest playing Christmas songs. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel you will not be disappointed especially at Christmas time!

هذه ليست المرة الأولى لي في الفندق ولكن كانت تجربة سيئة وغير متوقعة لأسباب التالية السعر مرتفع جداً والغرفة كانت صغيرة ليست كالمعتاد وجود رائحة كريهة فالحمام لدرجة وصلت للغرفة كنت كل إقامة يتم إرسال قالب كعك على شكل البرج وسلة فواكة لكن هذه المرة لم يتم توفيرها إلا بعد طلب وكانت صغيرة للأسف الإقامة لم تكن متوقعة

Amazing hotel simply the best

This hotel is an amazing place just beautiful. Stayed in luxury club room which was huge and comfortable. The pool area is lovely staff are very attentive and food there is lovely too. Water is a lovely temperature. Never had an issue with sunbeds even over the busy Christmas period. The Nine gastropub is a gorgeous sleek upmarket bar we had Christmas Day lunch there we had a great day the service is fabulous and the staff so lovely we popped in most nights. The Millesime club lounge is lovely with fabulous views on 51st floor. Afternoon tea and early evening au d’oeuvres in the lounge were great my only criticism is the breakfast service was very slow and twice we waited 20 minutes just for tea and coffee and not every table was taken at the same time the staff were lovely. The hotel is in a great location 15 mins from the airport and 10 mins from Downtown it also adjoins the Wafi Mall with restaurants coffee shops and McCafferty’s Irish bar. Overall we loved this place the best we have stayed in on our numerous visits to Dubai.
