We had a wonderful stay it was very pleasant stay at Raffles as usual every time we come dubai we always come here. It our favourite hotel in duba .... The service and the staff are amazingly friendly, the breakfast here is top of the line the room I hade was very good with a nice view with great service from Navod that gives you an amazing atmosphere... Thanks to all the staff for the alsom servic specially Betty and sharif from club lounge for she was great service and effort very kind and friendly....definitely coming again.

Food poisoning and terrible response from hotel

We had food poisoning at this hotel - and the staff was only keen on covering up themselves. They offered no reimbursement and even charged us for the food poisoned food. Trip gone wrong by choosing this hotel- Dubai has many other great ones please skip this one.

everything was great, housekeeping was great, our butler Hamid was very nice, the position of the hotel very good, the weather was just perfect, we had all the groceries we needed from carrefour in the mall. 10minutes walk by foot to the metro station,staff in lounge were fantastic,thank you Betty and your team,Raffles will always be our choice of stay.

Betty made sure we had everything we needed for our stay,she was friendly and professional with excellent attention to detail in handling our frequent requests each day she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect thank you for a wonderful stay , we loved our room view which was breathtaking, we enjoyed the facilities of the club lounge and the service provided by all the team there.

We really enjoyed our time in the hotel. Room was nice with the best view. We had fun exploring the area, lots of shops we visited in the wafi mall which is attached to the hotel so if you are a shopping person definitely a good place to be in.I had a smooth check in and great time with club team thanks to them(Betty,Angelique,Sharif) for their exceptional service always.
