Awesome Raffles experience

Our recent stay at Raffles Dubai was simply exceptional. From the attentive staff in the club lounge who remembered our names and food preferences to the outstanding service provided by Wendy, our dedicated butler, every detail was meticulously taken care of. Special mention to Lovel in the F&B department for going above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs, preparing a delightful non-dairy pancake for our daughter. And on the day of our departure, the team surprised us with a marvelous takeaway breakfast, ensuring our journey home began with the flavors of Raffles. In every way, Raffles Dubai surpassed our expectations, leaving us with unforgettable memories of luxury and hospitality.

From the moment we stepped into Raffles Dubai to when we left, the staff at the hotel were so welcoming and attentive. My son especially enjoyed chatting with James at the front entrance every time we left the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and Egyptian-themed. Our hotel room was the perfect size for a family and we upgraded to a city-view room overlooking the pool and in the distance the Burj Khalifa, which I highly recommend as the view is amazing. Our room had a king bed, a single bed and a bed made up on the couch which was perfect for us. All the beds were really comfortable. The pool is great and a lot bigger than I imagined. Cocktails from the pool bar are expensive so we only purchased one drink on our first day. Breakfast consisted of a lot of options. The eggs benedict, pastries, cheeses, doughnuts and fresh honey were some of our favourite foods. I would have to say it's one of the best buffet breakfasts we've had. Our package with Luxury Escapes also included canapes from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm including wine, beer and cocktails. The evening canapes could easily be substituted as a meal. Dinner at Solo Italian restaurant was also included. The food at Solo restaurant is really good, however with Luxury Escapes it's the same set menu every night which is a shame if you eat there regularly as theres not a lot of variety, especially in the children's menu. The hotel is located about 10-15 min fromm Downtown Dubai and a taxi cost about 35 AED ( 14 AUS) and to the Palm, Aquaadventure 90 AED (AUD 40). Taxis are the easiest way to get around. Avoid black taxis unless you want to travel in luxury. They are 1.5% the price of the beige metered taxis. Overall had a great experience in Dubai and will highly recommend the hotel.

Impeccable stay at Raffles Dubai

The Raffles Hotel Dubai's grand lobby, adorned with fresh floral scents, creates an immediate sense of elegance. The warm reception from Joanna at the lobby and seamless Club Floor check-in made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was an impeccable sanctuary, with luxurious decor, a welcome fruit basket, and even a personal greeting card from the General Manager – thoughtful touches that made us feel like part of the Raffles family. The culinary experiences we had were exceptional. We enjoyed an Iftar dinner at Azur restaurant, which was a feast for every palate. The Ouzi rice was fragrant and flavourful, with tender and tasty meat. However, the highlight was the deep-fried fish station - the sardines, Sultan Ibrahim, and mackerel were perfectly cooked, crispy, and remarkably fresh, with a variety of sauces to go along with them. The impressive selection of fresh Arabic sweets and international desserts, overseen by the talented pastry Chef Taha, was a delightful conclusion to an amazing evening. It is worth mentioning the scrumptious date pudding, which the Chef highly recommends. The Club Lounge was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy warm hospitality. The butlers team went above and beyond to make us feel at home with their friendly smiles and attentive service. Betty and the rest of the lounge staff were always welcoming and ready to cater to our needs. The food was delicious, with various flavourful options that made for a great dining experience. The iced chocolate was a big hit for kids and the adults! The room service staff, Ahmad, were polite and accommodating to our request for sahoor. He was very helpful, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The food was always delivered on time, and the pool area was perfect for the children to relax and have fun. The pool was spacious enough for them to swim and play all day, which left them exhausted and ready to eat some delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised by the poolside lunch - the cheeseburger was juicy and the homemade chicken nuggets delighted the kids. The Raffles Hotel Dubai is a luxurious destination where warm hospitality, exquisite dining, and family-friendly amenities combine to offer a truly memorable stay.

Stayed here with my family for 7 nights none of us wanted to leave Rooms were great really spacious everything you could wish for was there we had access to the Club Lounge excellent staff in there were amazing and so friendly During our whole stay we found all staff to be exceptional they always spoke and had a smile Would not hesitate to return or recommend a stay here Pool was lovely as well as the food selection and thank you for me sons birthday cake he was delighted

I have stayed here for 6 nights the hotel was amazing and excellent service and very friendly staff especially the breakfast was fantastic. I would like to mention 1 staff sai specially. Everything was excellent but atlast one thing made us discomfort as we are on HB base every day dinner we had only italan food, thank you.
