إجازة عائلية في دبي وقد استمتعت بالإقامة في فندق رافلز دبي، فهناك العديد من المميزات لهذا الفندق من حيث الموقع (وسط دبي) ومدى ترحيب وتعاون جميع العاملين بالفندق ابتداء من موظفي الاستقبال، خدمة الغرف، مشرفي المسابح وموظفي الأمن. هذا بالإضافة إلى بوفيه الإفطار المميز ووجود مدخل خاص لمركز وافي للتسوق. لكن يوجد لدي بعض الملاحظات من ناحية عدم وجود عزل صوت بين الغرف، كما أن أرضيات الغرف مستهلكة وبحاجة إلى تجديد.

Great staff, room and hotel. We were made to feel welcome and appreciated and the staff were very helpful in regards to everything. The food was delightful as too was the service. Nothing was too much trouble. One of our party is gluten intolerant and they were so well taken care of. The kitchen couldn't have helped more. Probably the best they have been treated anywhere in the world. One question though - why is the gym not 24 hours? No reason why is can't be and this is the only negative about the hotel. Great staff - Sharif, Ogu and Dana
