I and my husband had an amazing dining experience in this Hangout Cafe, we had our breakfast and the foods are delicious and worth it. The staff are friendly and did an exceptional customer service, Nico. And Yahzen, always wear a beautiful smile on her face that gives positive energy. Highly recommended.

I was invited with my friends to try the newest hotel in bur dubai and here is my main points while staying there. 1. The room is so nice, very spacious and the bed… the best. The room is giving the home away from home vibes. 2. Hangout cafe is super amazing specially their breakfast buffet. Lots of options when it comes to food. Thandar and yahzen is very accommodating specially if we have a request in our food. Overall, i had a fantastic stay at Novotel bur dubai, and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accomodation, and great amenities made a memorable experience. I'm already planning for my next visit.

Exceptional Stay at Novotel Bur Dubai I had an amazing experience at Novotel Bur Dubai, and it all started with the seamless booking process, expertly handled by Yassine Badaoui. From check-in to check-out, everything was well-coordinated and professional. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. I also appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and the well-stocked amenities. The hotel facilities are excellent .The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and always ready to help. Special thanks to Yassine Badaoui for assisting with the booking and making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. His attention to detail and warm customer service made a significant difference. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Bur Dubai to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again!

I am still here and I had a terrible time for food as there are hardly any option for vegetarians and whatever is made is not up to the mark taste wise but since we had no option just had to have it forcefully. I will insist the management to sort this issue out we had a stay of 10 days and with such food experience it’s so difficult to stay sply since I have a 4 yrs daughter. Everyday staff would come and ask for whether they can help with baby food but no one really helped except one man Mr. Ahmed. He really understood my problem and arranged dosa for my kid and ensured she doesn’t go hungry. I would expect a brand like Novotel to have more such staff who are not just to show the courtesy but actually help out. I am very very grateful to Ahmed in the food section to make my daughter and us comfortable. Rest the floor Staff is Good

Excellent location if you are visiting Dubai Healthcare City and surrounding areas, also very close to the metro. Reception staff were exceptional and very welcoming. Loved👏receptionist Manager Mr Hamza a very professional and accommodating person. Room were clean and Neat except bath towels which were old fashioned. Hadn’t done breakfast. Overall a bit pricey “the value for money “
