تاخير بالشك ان بسبب وجود موظف واحد فقط قبلها كنت احاول الاتصال بالفندق لتاكيد الحجز لا احد يرد بالوتساب لا رد اتيت بسبب وجود عرض فكس من تطبيق تاج السكن 24 ساعه عند وصولي للرسبشن قال لي الموظف انتها العرض بسبب تم حجز كل الغرف ولكنه سوف يعطيني نفس السعر ولكن التشك اوت الساعه 3 قلت له بالعرض في كيكتين وقهوتين قال لي سوف اعطيها لك وعند سوالي عندها بعد الدفع قال لي انها تقدم فقط من الساعه 3 الى 5 يعني بعد ما اسجل خروج تجربه سيئة لن اعود مره اخرى

للاسف هناك بخل كبير في ماء الاستحمام والصابون

انا عضو دايموند تفاجأت حقيقه من هذ الفندق في عدة أمور لم يتم وضع ضيافه في الغرفه كما هي العاده للديموند طلبتهم ترقية لغرفتي وانا متأكد ان الامكانيات موجوده ولم يتم تلبية طلبي نهائيا لم يوضحوا لي الخدمات المقدمة بصفتي عضو دايموند سوا الإفطار المجاني. أو المسبح أو المشروب الترحيبي أو أي شي في الغرفه لايوجد المناديل التيشو فقط في دورة المياه هذه ملاحظاتي على الفندق ولولا ان سعره منخفض نوعا ما لما سكنت فيه ذا يفتقر الى الدارة الصحيحه وتقديم الخدمات والاستقبال والبشاشه في وجه الزبون
