the room was clean and the most important thing about the staff service were helpful. start from check in helped by Mas Loven and wonderful GRO service that decorate my room. mas Stefin also give me a nice farewell upon check out. thanks Mercure Gatsu!!

I have been staying here for many times and finally had a chance to use the lounge. Thank you ms april, the guest relation officer for assisting me for the food and drinks. Very helpful and knowlegeable. The spread of afternoon snacks is pretty good.

I love the services here! They are so friendly and nice! Love the hotel! It seems new and upon arrival i was greeted by a friendly group of guests. Would definitely recommend other guests to come here, and i would definitely book this hotel the next time im back in Jakarta.

For the accor members i dont get benefit to upgrade my room. But over all its oke Staff hotel will serve very well and its so nice to enjoy executive louge. I whise for the next my business trip i can get my fasility member accor to free upgrade my room Good luck for Mercure Gatsu
