Great room, facilities, restaurant, the food are very tasty and many kind of food from western, asian, and eastern. The room meeting are huge and massive so you can also split room meeting. Reffil water also one of the excellent service, so you dont need to buy water if you thristy.

Good hotel, good view with service lounge oke, close to pasific place malla or enter tol ,nice hotel Bath room ok ,room ok Good solving when i need to extend, and i got the room with up level ,and good service. Next i want to stay more 3 night , thk you . Yuda . Keysha

Great view in executive room and great hospitality from th staff. The facility is good even the bed and pillows is good too. Thanks for make our weeding anniversary remarkable. Thanks for the cake, its a delicious cheesecake. I’ll be back for sure.

The second time here, check in always smooth. We checked in with Iza and Regi, we got the complimentary exec lounge from Regi, the room also got near each other as we are travelling with baby. Thank u for accomodating our request! We had two rooms, we got the towel art as well, very cute. Thank you to Ucan, Rian, Kahvi from housekeeping, they make sure we got everything in the room, thank you for perfectly prepared our room😊 And we also get the late check out until 2pm from Regi but we left early, really appreciated tho😊 We checked out with stefin, he was very kind, he delivered a very warm hospitality, the best! Thank you team! See you next year 🩵

I personally pleased by the rooms that are spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a busy day. Guests will appreciate the comfortable beds, clean linens, and contemporary amenities. The large windows offer pleasant city views, and the overall ambiance is both inviting and relaxing. Shout out to Mba April for inviting me to the executive lounge.
