Thank you for helping me change my room to a non-smoking room even though it's my bad as I overlooked when I made the booking. The room size is decent for 2 person. Love the wooden flooring. Bed and pillows are really comfortable and I had of really good sleep which is a rare thing for me since I usually can't sleep during my first night in a new environment. Toilet in the room was very clean. Especially in the bathtub and shower area... The gym wear was really a surprise and a super lovely gesture as this is the first time I had them all ready with the perfect size in my room outside japan. It might be small gesture but I think it's a good one. Breakfast at the lounge was great too. Peaceful and quiet. And I especially love the Tempe chips and fell in love with it after I tried that for the first time in your lounge. Service at breakfast was also excellent. Kudos to the team there. It's a pity I didn't get to try the afternoon tea and dinner there. But I surely won't missed it next round. Overall I had a good stay. The minus 1 star is for the Aircon in the room and breakfast area though. I knew it was technical and you have tried to fixed it. But would be perfect if the Aircon is in place.

I always try to stay in Accor Group hotels, and this is the first time I have stayed in Fairmont brand. Booked this hotel due to the vicinity to the concert area. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything went smoothly. As an Accor Plus Gold, I got an upgrade room to corner one, and this is definitely a plus. The room is very spacious and super clean. Bed is so comfortable and bathroom is big to put all my skincare products. Did not visit the swimming pool and gym, will try next time. A lot of options to have welcome drink and I chose K22 with a nice view of GBK and high rise building.

Nice stay but awful end-of-stay service.

1) I forgot a pair of trousers. Okay, my bad. However: - they denied me the late check-out because the next first was arriving and you needed to immediately make up the room. - for still 7h I’ve been near the hotel. - they informed me after 9h that I’ve left my room. They had all the time before to write me when I was at the airport. It nearly seems a move to keep guests’ belongings and to sell them after 3 months. 2) I lost my pair of rigid contact lenses in the sink. I asked them a receipt of my declaration to give it to my medical insurance to organise the shipment of the new pair. They didn’t reply to my request with the document requested. Such a pity that such a nice hotel is ruined by missing attentions at the end of the stay.

Mediocre at best and does not meet the Fairmont standard. Check-in staff was not very friendly. Furniture in the room is badly stained upon check-in (see photo attached). Housekeeping failed to clean the room on the second day and did not provide an explanation as to why. Breakfast is loud and crowded with small selection compared with other Jakarta 5* hotels. Overall, disappointed and not worth the price. While the location is good, I cannot recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Good location and service. Good breakfast buffet spread. As mentioned at the front desk when we checked out, the housekeeping did a poor job after our first night there. Bed was badly made and towels not arranged properly. Cream and sugar was also not replenished. Didn’t expect this with a 5 star hotel. Was disappointing.
