How is no one mentioning how unbearable the loud music is coming from the arena next door?! It is literally a frikin arena!!! The music blasted nightly until past midnight. Omg! If it wasn't for the superb service of the people in this hotel, I would rate it one star. If you care about your sleep, stay away or only come when they don't have any shows.

everything was perfect , room and food were great , location strategic close to mall and GBK, had golf course view which was nice, food on breakfast delicious and the staff very attentive , acknowledged my name and my family name feel me like home

3 nights (Friday 28 June 2024 - Monday 1 July 2024) Accor Live Limitless/Accor Plus Diamond member. I stayed 3 nights in June 2024 in this hotel and enjoyed it. The product is always good, the service is always fantastic, and loyalty recognition is always excellent. and there is a lounge. I made reservation of 2 Gold King room and both room upgraded to Fairmont Gold Suite. The Gold Suite Room perfectly spotless clean. As part of the luxury cluster, this hotel will provide daily cleaning service and daily evening turn down service. My family and me were very nicely welcomed at the front lobby door by the staff from Gold Lounge for seamless check-in at the Gold Lounge, with a thank you for my loyalty and a welcome back "home". ALL Diamond status benefit 100% acknowledged. Welcome vip amenity were already set at the dining table (welcome notes from GM, welcome card from Gold Lounge, cookies, chocolates, cakes, ecclairs, cheese platter, and fresh tropical fruits). Gold Lounge is open from 06:30 am for deluxe breakfast with a la carte buffet. For evening cocktail,l and dinner from 06:00 pm - 09:00 pm, alcoholic drinks included wine, sparkling wine and a sufficient selection of liquors. To eat, some canapés and with a huge choice of hot food buffet. Overall pleasant stay and as I participated in Jakarta Half Marathon 2024, the location is amazingly strategic as easily walkable to GBK sport arena (the finish lane for my half marathon). Room for improvement : 1. Poor quality Ron 88 mineral drinking water, poor quality bottle cap. Easily loosen and tend to scracth the skin/finger when open it. And usually Ron 88 use in 3 stars hotel. In my opinion as inside the cluster of luxury hotel, then Fairmont Jakarta should at least provide the better quality such as Pristine or Equil. 2. The evening cocktail and dinner, I found the beef quality (beef teriyaki) just like the Yoshinoya (mostly the meat heavily covered by fat). 3. On our first morning for breakfast, the Japanese set were too salty for the salmon. 4. Room 1902 having broken washlet system, need to repaired twice during our stay. And the smart TV couldn't connect to the internet.
