Spending a few days at the Fairmont Hotel Jakarta, I fell in love with their breakfast offerings. The staff are friendly from the moment you arrive, warmly welcoming you with smiles. If you're looking for a charming stay, I recommend trying out this hotel, including their breakfast service.

Amazing Experience!

We stayed at Fairmont Jakarta to celebrate my wife’s birthday. And during our stay, we had an amazing experience and received excellent service from all the hotel staff. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Janu Riadi from the reception upgraded our room to a suite. The room was spacious, including a separate living area, a dining table, and plenty of amenities. In the afternoon, the hotel’s General Manager surprised us with a plate of fresh fruits along with a warm welcome card. Such a wonderful service. Before our dinner at Spectrum Restaurant, Ms. Suci from the Lobby Ambassador contacted me via WhatsApp and offered to decorate the mirror in our room with a “Happy Birthday” message while we had a dinner, as a surprise for my wife. The decoration was amazing and she even brought us a strawberry birthday cake! Dinner at Spectrum was fantastic. The restaurant offered a wide variety of Chinese, Japanese, Western and Indonesian food. We especially loved the Japanese section. Mr. Misbah from the restaurant came by our table to greet us, and we had a pleasant conversation. Before we left, he surprised us again with a chocolate birthday cake, so that night, my wife got two birthday cakes! Thank you so much to Ms. Suci, Mr. Misbah, and Mr. Janu Riadi for your wonderful service and making our special day even more memorable. And a big appreciation to Mr. Carlos Monterde, the General Manager, for leading such a wonderful team that truly knows how to deliver exceptional service.

Amazing massage treatment at spa

I truly enjoyed my stay at Fairmont Jakarta. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The highlight of my stay was having two massage treatments with Dini at the spa. She was very attentive during the consultation, listening to my needs and adjusting the session perfectly. She honed in on the problem areas and applied the perfect amount of pressure while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so genuinely caring. The pain on my foot was already much relieved after the first session and I cannot recommend Dini enough. Thank you for a truly wonderful and relaxing experience.
