The waiter Iyan is so so kind, he brought our food to the room and was so nice, professional and very helpfull. His smile was so honest and kind. He served the food with a big smile, he talked with us very friendly. He makes the hotel guest feel very comfortable and welcome at Novotel Cikini. So i say promote him to the reception / frontoffice because if guests come to check in and the get Iyan to welcome them all guests will feel very very welcome! Thanks for this experience at Novotel Cikini Iyan!

The housekeeping was very good, i stayed here for 3 nights and madam Dea en madam Amel did the housekeeping for us. They are so kind and so good at their work, they work fast, listen good and are very nice. Big compliments for these nice and good ladies.

the food is amazing. Breakfast has tons of varieties. all are delicious. mochachino is amazing. very clean room. nice view of the city. very near to the street food , which is all around. super convenient. daily service service. service staff indah was very kind and helpful!!

Fantastic Stay at Novotel Jakarta Cikini (twice!)

My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed staying at the Novotel Jakarta Cikini twice in June 2024. Both experiences were absolutely fabulous! Our first stay was for four nights in an Executive Suite, and our second stay was for one night in a Deluxe Room. Upon arriving early at 11 AM after an international flight for our first stay, we were delighted to find that our room was ready. The hotel staff were excellent from start to finish, making our stay truly memorable. Everyone was incredibly professional and welcoming, from the reception and check-in staff to the breakfast and room cleaning teams. A special mention goes to Julius and Maulina, who were exceptional at breakfast. They went out of their way to ensure we were well-catered for, making our mornings enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to the Cikini train station, with several food franchises conveniently located nearby. We also appreciated the convenience of using Grab (e-hailing), which stops right at the hotel lobby for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. The pool area was also very welcoming and provided a great spot for relaxation. We cannot fault this hotel at all and would certainly wish to return to this property should we ever visit Jakarta again, which we hope to do! Overall, Novotel Jakarta Cikini offers outstanding service, a convenient location, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta!

The executive suite I stayed in was excellent. The room was spacious, and I loved the decor. The best part of the hotel is the food, the breakfast selection is huge and even lunch and dinner were so delicious. Oh don't forget to enjoy the free walking tour in the morning!
