The room so comfortable very nice and comfortable. The staff really nice and great I’m so happy with excellent service from Miss Dian. She really helpful above my expectations and so kind. Thankful to her and hope management give Award to her and take more care to this kind of staff. Appreciate her so much. This is my first experience staying in this hotel. 100% recommended to stay here. Feel great

Have a great stay here .The room is clean and all the staffs are very friendly.Recommended to stay in this hotel around central Jakarta and also near by good places for visit all good facilities pool restaurant . thank you for Mr Mirza for help

odalardaki çarşaflar çok kötü oda yeterince temiz değildi havlular çok eski ve hala kirli duruyor havlunun içinden çok fazla saçlar çıktı koridorda müşterilerin bıraktığı boş yemek atıkları çok kötü koktu koridorların bazılarında ve asansörlerde bulunan parfümler çok ağır kokuyor. bu kokuların yerine daha temiz bir ortam oluşturulabilirdi.

Overall, the service was excellent and satisfying. All the staff were very friendly, starting from the responsive and welcoming security team, to the receptionist, Mr. Mirza, who understood the guests and was very solution-oriented and informative. The hotel rooms are modern and cozy, equipped with an iron. The breakfast is extensive (Asian, American, continental, etc.). Children up to 12 years old eat free breakfast.
