Actually this for the first time came to all season jakarta,cause have meeting with my friends there,then meet with mrs sinta at the restaurant,she's nice and greeting with warm,and one of good server that i ever met,cause she's recommended delicious food that makes us had satisfy with food and she's service.thanksss mrs sintta✅

My first time staying at the Allseason Hotel but I feel like I want to come back here because the view in the restaurant is very good and the service is very friendly. At breakfast I was helped by Joni and in the evening I was also helped by Joni hehe It's like having a personal servant. Apart from the food being delicious, the servant Joni provided was very good, his delivery was clear and his sensitivity was very good, so before I asked, it was offered first. for example, asking for photos and tissue before I asked for it, Joni had already offered it Thank you very much, Joni, until we meet again, I will come back later

We have „troubles“ by the breakfast menu. Joni and also the other Teammembers was amazing with the Help. They are Friendly and have everytime open ears for any questions 👌 btw the breakfast was tasty 10/10. most of the stuff was fresh cooked or baked.

Breakfast menu is good by chef Rangga. The location is very strategist so its easier to travel anywhere in Jakarta especially central Jakarta and also it's easier to access public or private transport, the view from the hotel shows a magnificent city skylight.

To stay was great in the service was good. Agnes from GRO helped me in the check in process. But I receive some scam message as you need to do a prepayment for the hotel when I really did it on the app.they claimed to WhatsApp me from hotel and wanted to send me a link for payment. They claimed to be from the reservation department. Otherwise the hotel would have gotten a 5 star rating for me. Not sure if other customers also experienced the same.
