Excellent service as usual. The deaf are always willing to go the extra mile. In particular Putu and Cahyo who kindly helped me get my pair from the hotel to the airport after I had left out behind. Thanks for the team at Pullman from the Duty Manager to the Concierge who acted fast. Terima Kasih Banyak! Sumpai Jumpa. John B

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, the accommodations were well-appointed and comfortable, and the location was highly convenient. The room service menu offered a variety of delicious options, and the buffet was of exceptional quality. Overall, this hotel is my preferred choice for accommodations in Jakarta.

I have a small meeting at pullman Hotel Thamrin. I’m waiting for my colleague at Le Chocolate Lounge. So many people here but still cozy. And thank you for the staff miss Windi for taking care all customers, especially me. Hot chocolate Lolipop is very delicious. It’s the first time for me to try it. So yummyyy… You need to try also guys.

Great hotel…. Very strategic location in central jakarta. Great hotel service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well kept (appreciate Jannah our room maker) for a superb customer service taking care of the cleanliness and requests.
