Staff are easy to talk to and friendly :) Food is great and event specialists were able to accommodate our requests and adjustments. Flexibility of ingress and teardown is super helpful as well, they were able to help with on the spot changes and delivered well. Thank you!

My last visit was april 2024 and at that time the rating I gave was 3 out of 5 but now I gave it a 4. The location is perfect near the MRT and BRT station also near Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia mall. You have a amazing professional staff and your buffet breakfast is absolutely outstanding, good variety of choices but I wish there is a better choice of dessert ( I think you used to have those choices in the past ) but it’s not a big deal. Once again a nice hotel and I like coming back again and again. Keep up the good work Pullman Thamrin
