Royal Palm Fairmont Marrakech is a true lush haven of peace, set in a beautiful and serene environment, ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The stunning heated swimming pool, with its breathtaking view of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, is a real highlight and invites you to relax at any time of the day. The sports club is very pleasant and well equipped, and the tennis courts are of excellent quality, perfect for both casual and regular players. The resort is also very well suited for families, offering a kids club, a farm with many animals, and a playground that children absolutely love, all set in a safe and natural environment. The rooms are very spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, providing a real sense of calm and privacy. The service is attentive, discreet, and professional, contributing greatly to the overall quality of the stay. A refined and relaxing property, perfect for both couples and families, which I highly recommend.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Extremely bad experience with Fairmont Marrakech. There was an error with the online booking form which meant the wrong room type and dates had been populated. I let the hotel know immediately and they refused to change the booking well in advance of my stay. Instead of changing the reservation the hotel still charged me for the incorrect booking. Extremely bad practice and I will take this up with my legal representative. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very good golf Course and personal was friendly Although the Hotel staff did not allow us to enter the Hotel draw money for Taxi Was Quite rude

Beautiful hotel with attentive service

Beautiful hotel set in stunning gardens. Service is extremely attentive and friendly. There is a large spread at breakfast to cater for all tastes. Otherwise we found the food in the restaurants to be expensive. We had very attentive and good service from Souad and Aziza in the housekeeping team, they checked to see if we needed any items, left us extra coffee pods and they also found a pool floatie for my son, which he really enjoyed playing with.
