Temizdi, konforluydu, kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Konumu merkeze biraz daha yakın olabilirdi. Bir de yastıkları çok fazla yumuşaktı.

Otele geldiğimizde henüz check in saatimiz gelmemişti valizlerimizi bırakıp gezmek istediğimizi söyledik . Check in saati gelmeden hazır olan bir odaya erken saatte bizleri aldılar , mükemmel hissettirdi . Doğum günüm olmasından dolayı nişanlıma ve bana ücretsiz içecek kuponu hediye ettiler . Çok düşünceli bir hareket . Odaya yerleşip dışarı çıkıp geldikten sonra oda da bir pasta görmek bizi çok mutlu etti . Otel çalışanının yardımseverliği ve güler yüzü , odaların temizliği , otelin konumu gerçekten çok güzeldi . Harika bir deneyim yaşadık çok teşekkür ederiz .

Otelin konumu cok iyiydi. Şehrin gurultusunden uzak ama otelin önünden bindiginiz tramvayla 10 dk'da şehirde olabiliyordunuz. Otelin dekorasyonu, odalar, temizlik, personel her şey çok güzel ve sıcaktı. Bundan sonra her gittiğim yerde Mama Shelter otelinde konaklamak istiyorum.
