Dear Faruk, thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. I am pleased to read that you appreciated our location, the nearby metro connection, and the friendliness and helpfulness of our reception team. It is also great to know that we were able to accommodate your early check-in and that you found the room clean. Thank you as well for your balanced comments regarding the room layout and comfort. Please allow me to explain that the room concept follows a modern minimalist design introduced within Accor standards, which includes open storage solutions instead of traditional wardrobes in some categories. However, I fully understand that for families or longer stays this may feel less practical. I also sincerely apologize for the technical inconveniences you experienced with the toilet and hairdryer. The constant water noise and interruptions while using the hairdryer certainly should not affect guest comfort, and your comments have been shared with our technical team for proper inspection and follow-up.
