Amazing hotel we travel a lot , breakfast a lot of choice and best breakfast ever liked the honeycomb on a board to eat We will be back I had booked the hotel with booking.com ( who were terrible even though I paid up front they cancelled my booking but Barbera at century sorted it all for us….cannot thank her enough) we will be back Rooms spotless Great location old town

Refused to refund payment despite one week in advance for guest with serious food poisoning.

I was scheduled to stay at this hotel with a group trip in June. I became extremely sick with serious food poisoning before arriving. There was over a week before I would have arrived at this hotel. Nevertheless, the hotel REFUSED to refund any of the money for my reservation. This tells me this place is desperate or has low integrity.

This hotel delivers. As a regular M Gallery guest and Accor hotels in general I must say that this hotel in Prague stands out. Not only for its location being perfect in the old town, it also provides a homely feel in a stylish environment with great quality. Best of all when having breakfast, try to find Moussa! He is a joy and will make you feel special!

The hotel is located near the Republic Square, close to the old city and the restored Jewish quarter. The rooms are not large but comfortable, facing an inner courtyard and therefore quiet, despite the central location of the hotel. The only downside, in my opinion, was that the closet had no drawers or shelves. We will be happy to return to the hotel when we visit charming Prague again.

Like all travellers I believe that where you stay in a City etc should be a place where you want to come back to at the end of the day. This hotel in the heart of Old Town Prague happens to be such a place. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful and staff cheerful and welcoming. Our room was well equipped with soaps, towels, tea and coffee, plenty of hanging space and a safe to hold your valuables etc. Bed was so comfortable to sleep and relax upon and the cleaning staff were excellent. A 1st for us was knowing that no one can access the room floors unless they either took the stairs next to reception or use your key card to access the lifts which we thought was an excellent idea. The hotel is situated close to a shopping centre, restaurants and the theatre while all the tourist attractions are all walkable from it. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.
