I am truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that we were not able to provide you with the comfortable experience you were hoping for. I especially regret that your request before arrival was not properly followed up and that the room change did not bring the improvement you expected. I completely understand how important a quiet room is, especially when you wish to relax and have a good night’s sleep. I am sorry that we did not handle this situation in the way we should have.
