Dear Mehmet, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry that the beginning of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our guaranteed check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and while we are always happy to accommodate an earlier arrival whenever possible, during busy periods this unfortunately cannot always be arranged. Regarding the coffee and tea facilities, all of our rooms are equipped with electrical sockets. I am sorry if their location or the setup was not convenient during your stay. Our team is always happy to assist with anything that may not be clear in the room. I am glad to see that you were happy with the cleanliness, Wi-Fi and many other parts of your stay. I am truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that we were not able to provide you with the comfortable experience you were hoping for. I especially regret that your request before arrival was not properly followed up and that the room change did not bring the improvement you expected.
