I'd love to say this hotel is great - but as 4-star hotels go, it is quite average. No tea or coffee-making facilities in the guest rooms or the lobby, poor-quality towels, and poor bathroom design. (Free-standing sink bowls are totally impractical) And the bedroom lighting is so dark we had to use our cellphone flashlights to make it bearable - when it's dark outside at 4.30pm - you need to be able to make the bedroom bright. The bedding is nice - but who still uses feather pillows? And one large square pillow and one almost flat feather pillow do not make for a good night's sleep. Breakfast service is also overcrowded - the dining room is not large enough - and you end up with nowhere to sit. It's great being hip in design, but not so great if it's not functional. - And with only 2 elevators with this many hotel rooms at prime time, you can spend up to 10 minutes waiting to descend the higher floors.

Regarding your points: tea and coffee facilities are only available in higher room categories, as part of our concept is to encourage guests to enjoy our F&B outlets in the lobby. Towels, bedding, pillows, and bathroom design are all part of the Mama Shelter standard. While we understand that preferences vary, feather pillows are still offered, and other types of pillows are always available upon request. Great experience! Nice breakfast, great connection to city center! Nice, original rooms :) super comfortables! And the bar! Great place for stay!

Good and Clean Hotel.. Room size was very good. Location is good, but not the best. Right next to the tram station was the saving grace. Breakfast needs to have more vegetarian/vegan option. Though, we got a portion on request the next day. Rooms were very dark. They need to have more lights, not everyone enjoys the dark decor. For the price, I think I could have searched more. There were some sports team staying during our stay, due to which lobby and restaurant were super noisy. Staff was good and helpful.

I loved my stay here! From the moment of check-in, the staff were really attentive and we were surprised with amenities in both rooms! Ambience, food and room decor were great, and more if you are travelling with your partner! I want to give a special shout out to Pável who went above and beyond to help us during his night shift! No hesitation and 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend and come back!
