Fun, quirky hotel with a very comfy bed!

We stayed for 4 nights Monday to Thursday and would definitely come back again! We had large Mama double room which gave us plenty of room for our cases and things. The decorations throughout the hotel was fun and quirky and there were a number of activities for guests to use for free such as pool, arcade games and foosball. We also received biscuits and complimentary water on arrival. We ate at the hotel the first night for dinner and the food was fantastic! We shared a pizza and a meza plate and highly recommend both. The only slight negatives were; - the room was far too hot, we didn't have the heating on but the heat travelled up as we were on the 8th floor. Probably not much the hotel can do about that, I would advise to leave your window open which helped a bit - there were workplace party nights on three of the nights we were there. Thankfully the night we arrived there wasn't one otherwise I don't think we'd have been able to eat at the hotel as there was only a small space around the back available for guests on these days. - the service wasn't that fast either of the times we went for dinner or drinks which was fine as we weren't in a hurry but something to bear in mind if you're time restricted Understandable as it was near Christmas but I would probably pre warn guests about this - there was no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Not something I'd usually worry about but my partner had a terrible cold and was needing hot water for Lemsips so I was needing to go down to the bar and get it. The staff were amazing and accommodating it just wasn't ideal having to walk into a private party to access the bar. The pros: - as I mentioned before the dinner was amazing! - wide selection of food and choices at breakfast - the staff went above and beyond - letting us have the hot water as mentioned above, managed to get a jacket laundered and back the same day - fun and quirky decor! - the bed and pillows were so comfy! Definitely would stay again!

Throughly recommend a stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent and hotel was also excellent and very accommodating. Tram 17 to the centre is easy - note free if over 65 - and not far away at all. Lots of cafes and bars around the location especially the cafe at next tram stop. A matter of minutes from a shopping centre and AC Sparta stadium. Easy walk to centre. Only negative was the bar takeover by a private function on one night. We would stay again next time in Prague.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway with easy access to old town via the tram or walking along the river. The hotel is cool and modern. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need. There is a bar downstairs as well, which was handy. The area has plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby. The only minor issues was that our TV kept turning off and the bar was expensive, apart from that- no complaints. We slept well and it wasn't too loud even with the window open.

Wonderful Hotel but...Best Price Guarantee from Accor not applied!

This is a lovely hotel with great staff and beautiful rooms. I booked through my Accor app but found a cheaper price online and applied for their Best Price Guarantee. BEWARE - Accor did not honour the Best Price Guarantee. After asking for and receiving screenshots as per their T & C's Accor does not respond to emails anymore. It seems very shortsighted that Accor are willing to lose a customer over a 30 Euro discount. Nobody like to be ignored.

Despite being quite cheap, its a nice hotel and the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly and efficient, and both the reception and restaurant/bar have cool decor, and are a relaxing way to pass some time. Good location too, I'd definitely stay here again
