The hotel was great for what we needed it for. We never planned to eat, or spend a lot of time in the hotel and it was fit for its purpose. The hotel is in a great location, with a big shopping centre next door and in walking distance of many big attractions, but also near public transport options. The only downsides was that there wasn’t a fridge, kettle or safe in the standard bedroom and our shower had an odd smell.

Lovely stay in Prague

We spent three unforgettable days in Prague, and it was absolutely magical! The city is full of charm, history, and romantic energy — every street feels like a fairy tale. We stayed at a lovely hotel that made our short getaway truly special. The room was cozy and elegant, with a perfect view of the city rooftops. As a couple, we enjoyed slow breakfasts together, long walks across Charles Bridge, and evenings filled with lights, music, and laughter. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. Three days went by too fast, but every minute was filled with joy, beauty, and unforgettable memories. Prague stole our hearts, and we can’t wait to return soon!

Very clean hotel. The staff is friendly and the hotel is located in the centre which is very practical. Breakfast tastes amazing. Variety of food at the buffet.

Great location but bad smell in the bathroom and very very noisy fridge

The stink from our bathroom was awful, when returning from a day out or going in to our room after room service, if the bathroom door was opened, the whole room stank and was very unpleasant.   We were kept awake nearly every night at various times from the extremely loud noise from the fridge, we thought this would be the same for everyone and thought we could hear next doors also rattling through the night but that doesn't make it right. We assumed all rooms were the same, however we spoke to a couple at breakfast on the last morning and they had no issues. We had a good time otherwise, we would recommend the hotel location wise, but not for the room unfortunately. We found the bed comfy with the mattress topper, requested additional pillows and towels as there wasn't enough for us.   Watch out for the toaster, the handle is incredibly hot to touch & you have to use metal tongs to get the bread out , not a wise move!
