حاولت التواصل مع الفندق ومع إدارة تطبيق أكور ولم أستطع أن أحل المشكلة لا مع الفندق ولا مع إدارة التطبيق، وكانت بسيطة جداً حيث أردت تعديل الحجز الذي من الممكن أن أعدله في معظم فنادق العالم، وكانت المعاملة سيئة من موظف الفندق، لا يستحق التجربة مرة أخرى ولن أنصح أحداً بذلك.

موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من المدينة القديمة وجنب الفندق ترام وجنبه ايضا سوبر ماركت ومطاعم تفتح لوقت متاخر
