Basic and affordable

Not very central or very nice but I suppose this is reflected in the price . It more affordable but that’s about it on the positive front. It’s not central , it’s not very clean , the staff don’t care less and as for the breakfast they find it hard to stock it as they are so concerned about the environment and food wasted so keep it very basic food wise and with one toaster for the whole room .

A total let down, A poor man’s Travelodge. Room was tiny, no where to store belongings. Looked out onto the back of the buildings, had to keep curtains closed as people in opposite building could look in. Miserable staff! Breakfast ok, as you would expect from a continental menu. Hotel was a good location for Christmas markets. Wouldn’t stay here again!!!!

Hotel was clean and well maintained. We had room 528 so on top floor. Absolutely fine. Shower worked well but toilet flush was a bit hit and miss. Would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities but didn't spoil our stay. Tv had no English channels which was a shame as after walking 28000 step one day, a lay on bed watching tv would have been ideal. Breakfast was OK with the normal continental style. We used the bar in Novotel which was lovely and reasonably priced. Hotel is close to wenseslas square but, my god, it's an uphill walk on way back! Doing that 2/3 times was a killer. Went for xmas markets and they didn't disappoint. We had a full on 3 days and ibis hotel was a good hotel to use.

We stayed in your hotel for 5 nights in total. Location to city centre is good. Great transport links. The room was very clean. It was obvious that it had recently been refurbished. Although maybe not to everyone’s taste, it was perfectly suitable for a couples of days. Unfortunately, as we were staying for longer, we felt that there wasn’t enough storage for clothes especially for a couple. There were a few coat hangers but no drawers to put underwear/night clothing in etc. Perhaps bedside tables with drawers would solve the issue with storage for smaller items of clothing instead of the very small ones which were there. The shelves are not suitable, and the kettle was stored on the bottom shelf. We feel that a desk or larger table may have been beneficial to either work from or eat at as the table provided was not large enough. We had to use the windowsill for storing bottles/medicines on as there was no fridge in the room. Returning to the kettle. There was no plus near where it was stored on the bottom shelf and really not enough room to make a cup of tea/coffee even if you wanted one. I did suggest a small unit of some kind be used for the kettle in the small area adjacent to the bathroom as there was enough space there. There was a minor issue with the bathroom light, but this was sorted out promptly. The bed and linen are good quality and comfortable. Breakfast choice and variety was excellent, although on the Sunday it was a bit chaotic as no one to receive the guests it was free for all, and with guests walking around the breakfast area looking for a table, standing up beside tables, make us feel a bit uncomfortable, perhaps having someone at the entrance to welcome guests would be a plus. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the staff on reception were helpful, especially whom we believe is the reception manager.

Out of the way for old town. Staff unhelpful, not friendly at all. Asked for tea and coffee, staff were being awkward about it. Reception staff not welcoming at all and quite hostile at times. Will not be staying again. Had a wonderful time in Prague but spoilt by the hospitality of the staff at the hotel
