Great 4 Night Stay

Stayed for four nights whilst visiting Prauge. The hotel was lovely, very contemporary and well appointed the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly on reception as were the housekeepers, we didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food but we did use the bar, however it’s only small and the service was okay. The location is great and really close to everything you’ll want to do and there is a metro and tram stop nearby. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Prauge.

After a very disappointing hotel in Berlin it was such a relief to walk into the MGallery. The welcome was warm and our room was lovely, perfectly appointed and clean. The hotel is very well located, all the main tourist spots in walking distance.

Located in the very heart of Prague, this hotel is the perfect choice for those who want to experience the city with comfort and style. The décor is tasteful, modern, and carefully designed, conveying a sense of elegance without ever being excessive. The rooms are spacious and bright, created to ensure maximum comfort in every season: warm and cozy during winter, fresh and airy in summer. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the constant attention to detail makes the stay even more pleasant. A particularly appreciated touch is the possibility of preparing a coffee or tea directly in the room, a small luxury that makes guests feel pampered. In the morning, the breakfast buffet is a true highlight: abundant, varied, and made up of high-quality products, satisfying both those who prefer a sweet start to the day and those who enjoy savory options. The staff deserves special mention: courteous and helpful at the reception, attentive and discreet on the floors, but above all smiling and caring in the breakfast room, where every guest is welcomed with kindness and professionalism. This hotel is not just a place to stay overnight, but an example of refined hospitality that turns a visit to Prague into an unforgettable experience.

Very good hotel, centrally located, modern rooms and lovely staff. The breakfast spread was nice but perhaps a few more items could be added.

The worst hotel we've ever had the opportunity to stay in!! They offer a parking but you can't use because you have too big a car. There is a valet parking but it works at selected hours, so you can't pick up the car at 7:00 am. The manager is a man with a low level of work - he is not interested in the client - after the problem appeared, he informed that we should change the hotel! At breakfast, the staff does not see the dirty table, they do not clean the dirty dishes from the table. After finishing breakfast I had 5 dirty plates and 3 cups of coffee nothing was taken away. The hotel is nice but the service is the worst I've ever met!
