Big clean triple room without character. Hotel 30-35 minutes walking to old town and 15 minutes to Palace of Culture and Science. Very good breakfast with many salty and sweet choices. Strong smell of food at the reception area and in the 6th floor where it was our room. The cushions of the sofa that was transformed into single bed they have left them under the double bed during our stay! Unsmiling young girls in the reception they didn't even give us wishes for Christmas

We have been loyal guests of the Accor hotel network for many years (including Ibis Styles Warsaw Centrum), often traveling with our small female Parson Russell Terrier (approx. 5 kg). Until now, we have always been impressed by the staff’s attitude and the genuinely friendly atmosphere toward pets. Unfortunately, our stay at Ibis Styles Warsaw City on Grzybowska Street (7–8 November 2025) was completely inconsistent with Accor’s standards. We were informed that guests with dogs can only be accommodated on the 3rd floor, and upon check-in we were charged a deposit of PLN 1,000. We have never encountered such practices before, and no information about them is available on the hotel’s website. This experience is a major disappointment from a brand that promotes itself as “pet friendly.” We hope that Accor’s central management will take notice of this situation and ensure that standards consistent with the spirit of the brand are restored.

The hotel is designed in metro style and looks amazing! It is also in the centre of a town so you can go out and explore Warsaw. Rooms are spacious, the staff were very kind and helpfull. The food was delicious. We are definitely coming to this hotel again.

I really enjoyed this hotel during my stay. I requested a room in the top floor and I got it. The room was clean and it had a nice view. The bed was good to sleep in. The water fountain with sparkling water in the elevator lobbies was a nice bonus. The breakfast was served at the 7th floor and it was really nice to eat by the window and enjoy the view to the city. Thank you!

I was very happy to stay here. Lovely staff, great modern and tidy rooms and good breakfast. I also like the location. There is bus stop few meters away. The bus takes you to old town # 106. You can also walk to the metro Swietokrzyska. Very good experience with the hotel
