2nd time staying but disappointed not able to store my big luggage in luggage room for few nights

This is my second time I stayed 4 nights in this hotel since my last stay was in 2020. Overall, I was a bit disappointed that I was not allowed to store my luggage in the luggage storeroom after checked out to collect it back in few days later. Other hotel in Warsaw allowed me to store my big luggage in hotel store room when I travelled around Warsaw and returned few days later. Moreover, I was informed the wrong room number upon checked in by the staff. This caused inconvenience for me to go down again to ask for the correct room number. The hotel breakfast offered a variety of food and they had two restaurants for breakfast. I like the location very much as it is strategic located near Metro and train centrum.

If ever in Warzaw, this is the place!

Before we got to Novotel we slept on a budget hotel in Krakow and the bed was so bad there, so my body was screaming for a good nights sleep First off i got my room on the 19th floor and the view was amazing, the sun was setting and i took a cup of coffee and just sucked that view in, bed was amazing and the room nice and clean! The dinner was really good, the breakfast was the biggest we had in a long time, so much good stuff, just wished that we had more than one night here so we could see more of Warzaw I slept like a queen Highly recommend this hotel!

the all stay was perfect the reception was excellent and fast. the staff very polite and very welcoming. the executive room on 31 flor was astonish. the room is small. location very near to the center, about 20 min walk to the old town. the smell in the room was Horrible.

The best thing about this hotel is “The Location”. Friendly staff Super clean..Kudos to the house keeping team :) Elevators take so long time to get you to your room Poor breakfast compare to the usual Novotel Breakfast No egg station for instant. Stayed 3 nights with exactly same breakfast items.

The rooms are nice. My wife and daughter and I really enjoyed the comfort and amenities of Novatel. The bathroom is very nicely appointed. The main issue that we had was even 15 floors up we heard lots of noise throughout the night. My son and parents (also on the 15th floor) in another room didn't seem to have any issues - so it may have been our room. To be fair, we also were in the city center so it's not unexpected to have all the sirens blaring - I just wish our room was better sound proofed.
