It’s a perfect family place. We have been going for 10 years with a 11 year old child and she loves it. The staff are nice specifically Michał and decor is pretty nice including the decorations for all the holidays. #nocomplaints

First time stay in Warsaw , this hotel is a great location with lots of transport links around , very warm welcome , big open reception area lots of places to sit , restaurant and bar area , bar area is lovely , lots of nice drinks and nice staff. We Upgraded to the junior suite which was a bigger room with a balcony which was a lovely upgrade for our 5 night trip. Lovely spacious room with all the bits you need. Didn't encounter any issues with our trip , room got tidied and cleaned , asking for more towels was no issue. Would definitely visit again.

What can I say. Brilliant 6 night stay. Excellent service. Room cleaned and serviced promptly every day. I’ll be back. Staff great. Breakfasts lovely…... It’s beyond brilliant…...tip. Best Milk Bar in Warsaw one minute walk way. Superb location in one of the nicest cities in Europe

Very basic hotel, room super simple and definitely overpriced. Not enough space for cosmetics and bathroom stuff, and the room felt a bit tired. Handy water dispensers in the corridor, though the jug could be bigger. Breakfast was disappointing – no boiled eggs, no dark bread – honestly one of the worst I’ve had in Warsaw. Staff, however, were friendly and nice.

Very clean hotel in a fantastic location! The staff was informative and friendly upon check in. There is construction going on outside, but I did not hear any of it during my stay. A great place to stay here in Warsaw!
