Beautiful hotel on a wonderful central location. Gorgeous breakfast. Kind and lovely staff. Room was spotlessly clean. Loved staying here. Felt completely spoiled. Easy access to many sites and within walking distance to so much. Wonderful!

Hotel room was very spacious. Breakfast buffet was outstanding- so much to choose from. Hotel employees are very helpful. Hotel was also very conveniently located to Old Town Square and Christmas Market. Many authentic Polish restaurants nearby and in hotel.

Excellent hotel. Close and convenient to the old town. Lobby and bar very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Great variety of food. Room was very nice and the bed was soft and comfortable. There was a restaurant and a casino with it the hotel but we did not visit either one. We were there as part of a Viking Cruise extension.

I truly love this place and will definitely come back as soon as I’m in Warsaw again!

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Warsaw.

Five star hotel in a beautiful city. Very good meals, very kind staff, comfort beds, and those pillows! In the future i'll be back with family for sure and for a longer stay. Close to The Old Town, nice Saxon Garden. Good communication wit the airport.
