Room very small for 2. Given I full size pillow for one bed and a cushion size for the other. Hotel said they had run out. Says you can walk to airport but too far with cases etc. Too hilly. Bus goes from other side of road straight in though for about 1.70. Okay for 1 night. Wouldn't stay again.

Stayed one night before a flight to Inverness. Super friendly staff, nice relaxed bar area and fantastic food. Room was very clean and ample size, short bus journey to the airport. Highly recommended, Will be staying again. Keep up the good work team Ibis 👍

The hotel offers a reasonable price even when booked a few days in advance compared to competitors. The rooms were clean, simple, and provided everything needed for an early morning flight or arrival from a late-night flight. The bathroom could use some renovation.

Parking Nightmare

A Parking Nightmare. I recently stayed at the Ibis London Luton hotel and had a terrible experience with their parking system. I parked my car and went inside to ask a quick question. When I returned, I paid the £5 parking fee. However, I later received a parking fine. Apparently, you have to pay for parking immediately after parking your car. This is a very strict and inconvenient rule, especially if you're only going inside for a short time. I tried to appeal the fine, providing proof of payment and explaining the situation, but the hotel refused to cancel it. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to their unfair and poorly communicated parking policy.

We stayed last night due to having early flight this morning We have stayed in this hotel previously which is why we booked again We asked for a room looking over runway and they accommodated our request Bed was comfortable Tea & coffee in room which is always good Only negative was bathroom tap looked filthy but it was just discoloured. Bathroom floor was slippy We would stay again due to location
