The staff were v friendly and helpful. Being a member of the ALL group meant we got a v reasonable price, a quiet room located on the top/4th floor and a welcome drink. The location near the central station, above a supermarket and the Old Town within walking distance was great.

Hotel was lovely. Large room was slightly on the smaller size but plenty of space for two of us. Main concern was the location. Did not feel safe when it was dark with it be close to the main train station. Lots of group of men hanging around each entrance as well as shopping area. Because of this unfortunately I would not stay there again.

We landed for AKs Christmas Napkin Tours of Munich with our holiday buddy’s The Peckers. As soon as we set foot through the doors of The 25 Hours Hotel we know we had picked well. Are rooms were available for check in straight away, I suppose that is a perk of travelling with Ennismore finest IT guru Mr Ryan. The 2 young ladies in reception were a credit to the hotel, so polite, full of enthusiasm and all done with lovely smiles. Both were happy to navigate us to the best places in Munich. The rooms were cosy and very trendy, gorgeous high ceilings, one of the best showers 🚿 I had in 2024 and you had the bonus everyday of having the mini bar refilled FOC, damn that bottled Kola was nice after a day and night on the Bavarian Steins. It’s the perfect location to all the main attractions and nearby places at Christmas. Literally 10 min walk and your in the main square. Has a metro line right outside, which is perfect for travelling to the Allianz and getting back to the airport. We didn’t make breakfast so can’t comment on any food but they did do a great Old Fashioned if you fancied a nightcap, the lobby bar was pumping and had a great festive atmosphere to it. Also if it’s raining the hotel kindly provide umbrellas ☔️. We liked the stay so much we already booked 25 Hour Hotel Vienna for next Christmas. Thank you everyone involved.

Check in not super friendly or helpful. No room service. Restaurant opens at 1730. Cafe very basic , choice of coffee and 2 cakes but the server really nice. Mini bar was free and coffee but unless you asked it was not replaced . Nowhere to dry towels so wet each morning. Room clean and comfortable. Had to ask for soaps to be replaced ( I guess you don’t ask you don’t get ) Easy to get to town however red light area is across the road so don’t go the back streets. Poor amenities locally so buy stuff in town and bring back. Nice touch to have a bike to ride for free. Tv works well with streaming from your phone . Comfortable stay but lacks most basic hotel services.

Booked this hotel for a last-minute Christmas market tour and it was great. Directly across from the train station so it was easy to get to with my luggage. They let me check in early, and although I booked a small, single room, I was given a room with a queen bed, so that was nice. The room was small and very cute, however, I would have appreciated something like a desk and luggage rack more than the antique ironing board that was in there. There was absolutely no where to put my stuff or my suitcase. The shower was impossible to use without getting water all over the floor outside, which is directly in between the bed and WC, and the main door, so I had to use most of my towels to dry everything up every time. I LOVED the free mini bar, but would have loved some wine in there. Such a nice touch though so I can't complain about that. I didn't have breakfast or eat at the restaurant. It was a bit far from everything else that I wanted to see though. At least a 20 minute walk to most things (other than the train station), which was fine for me, as I like to walk, but would probably put a lot of people off.

As for the wine, it’s always available for purchase in our restaurant (NENI), the Boilerman Bar, or our 24/7 shop, which is conveniently located in the lobby. You’re absolutely right that our hotel is centrally located in the heart of Munich, which makes getting around the city both a benefit and a bit of a challenge depending on the sights you’re planning to visit. While many attractions are within a short walk or public transport ride, we understand this might feel far for some guests. A little research beforehand can definitely help manage expectations and make for smoother planning.
