What a fantastic experience! The hotel is luxurious, with a very modern lobby. The staff is absolutely outstanding, and the manager, Mr. Umut Mahmoud Ofkeli, was exceptional, welcoming and incredibly helpful. He made us feel at home and absolutely spoiled us with his exceptional personal care. Our suite was also spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities. We’re looking forward to staying at this hotel again next month!

I've been impressed with the professionalism and politeness of front desk staff. Fast check in, nice conversation and few good advices about shopping area and restaurants. It was also lovely to see welcome fruits and drinks in the room. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice - good choice of food, huge collection of tea, caring staff. The best was SPA. From the beginning you get the feeling that you are very special guest. The team there is absolutely great, helps you with the correct choice of procedures and pays attention on the details. There's amazing choice of different saunas, lovely pool with warm water and even the box with ice, which you can use after sauna. And of course cozy relax room. Special thanks to Katerina - it was one of the best massages in my life. This lady is passionate about her job, attentive, energised and gives you the feeling that you are relaxed and recharged at the same time. It was a great pleasure. Definitely I'll recommend this place to my friends and come back there.

One night stay. The room was functional at best but did not smell great, nor did it feel very clean. The bathroom was tiny and the room was cold even with the aircon at full blast at 25 degrees (though we were staying during a very cold spell so perhaps that contributed). Perfectly adequate for a one night stay but nothing more, and certainly expensive for the price we paid. One bright point was the staff who were very nice, especially at check in. And if you’re taking a train, it’s ultra convenient being less than a minute to walk to the platforms from reception.

We stayed for a few days before Christmas as a group across multiple suites. Pro's: 1. Mezzanine suites remain perfect for families - across two storeys with great views of Munich. 2. Common areas of the hotel, and breakfast room still look amazing, and were decorated beautifully for Christmas. 3. Staff were great at breakfast, very patient with the kids. Doormen very helpful when packing the car to leave. 4. Easy walk to the old part of town, the Christmas markets etc. 5. Pool is amazing - feels like a snail shaped cavern underground, lit up. Con's: 1. Lots of building works at the main train station next door to the hotel at the moment - makes walking from the hotel to the old part of town a bit treacherous. 2. Staff in the pool area not friendly, and poor communication about restrictions (apparently children not allowed after certain times - not very family friendly). Overall, we loved our stay - there's a reason we keep coming back whenever we travel through Munich.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and this was our first time. We used to go to Le Meridien because of hotel manager Mr. UMUT MAHMOOD but now we will be in SOFITEL MUNICH and we are very pleased with everything. Thank you Mr. MAHMOOD and everyone make us feel like at home.
