We liked the location of the hotel which is next to the Central station and within easy walking distance of Marienplatz. The hotel ambience is good. The staff are very helpful. Service is prompt. There was never any complaint about the extra coffee or milk we required since housekeeping was a bit tight fisted in this regard. The one drawback we experienced was the king bed which had a thick soft uneven mattress which was not conducive to relaxing sleep at night - there was a slope towards the edge and slightly raised in the centre.

Pool and spa closed which wasn’t known until after booking, but at least they offered a free drink to make up for it lol… Shower glass shatters as my son is in the bath, I’m bleeding all over and after a very uninterested or concerned response they finally find a way to put us in a room half the size that our family does not fit into.

Spent three nights here for a conference at IMC. The hotel’s former self was the Post office and conveniently located just 2min walk from the Central station. So it’s point to point from the airport via S1 or S8 train (13-14 euro one way). The staff is nice and helpful. The reception is a little dark but the room was very spacious, with open shower, extremely comfortable bed, French brand shampoo and lotion, electric kettle, espresso machine, USB ports, free water. The buffet style breakfast is nice. I was well rested without jet lag so ready for my busy conference ! Luckily I had sponsored shuttles to the conference hall which is 30 min away by the train. The hotel is within 20-30min walk to most attractions like Marienplatz and the museums. The concierge gentleman with badges on his suit was v helpful. Must come back if I visit Munich again.

What a great place!! The location is perfect, next to the train station, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Quick walk to the market and Marionplatz. Staff was very attentive. Loved the bar, easy to grab a drink before heading up for the night. The rooms were great, spacious, upgraded amenities and bathrooms. Very clean. Shout out to Umut the duty manager, he was so helpful and made the stay even better. Definitely return next trip.
