Our room was clean, and larger than we expected. It was a bonus to have the bench available for both our cases to be opened up (we usually have to flip for who gets the floor)😊. Beds were just right! Air conditioning was perfect and could be turned off so that we could open the window for fresh air during the day. Loved the free drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was beautifully presented - lots of choices of yummy foods. Staff were all friendly and helpful. All day coffee was much appreciated.

Remembering this is a 3 star hotel the service is impeccable. Staff are really friendly and amenities are great! The breakfast is fantastic and small touches like being able to get a coffee or water in the day was just great. Value for money is good, if you want grandeur then pay the money to stay in a 5 star but for what is offered to what you get i thought this was brilliant!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights for business in March. By friends back home recommended the hotel and it really was worth every penny! The location is excellent; just a few minutes from Marienplatz, the main shopping street and other interesting sights. Walking distance of 15 - 20 minutes from the Main Railway Station. The best part was when I got to borrow a bike from the from desk for Sunday. It was the only sunny day during my stay and I got to see Englischen Garten and other sights around the centre. The only downside of my trip was that the shops and shopping centres close so early in Germany! I hardly had time to buy snack for the hotel room from a grocery store (Edeka nearby). Also, the restaurants nearby have long queues in the evenings (Saturday and Sunday). Some noises from outside during the night, but nothing that would keep me awake. The room was clean and spacious enough for one. The room was a bit cold the first night before I understood the next morning how the the heating system works. Maybe some instructions for that could be useful for some customers?

Great hotel; centrally located, beds are comfortable, breakfast was yummy with a lot of choices, quiet, staff very friendly, and the complementary mini bar was a nice addition. Definitely will stay here next time we are in Munich. Thank you

Located very close to the major sightseeing points in Munich Metro Tram station closely Very helpful front office staff . We arrived very early and were given early check in as soon as a room was empty . Good breakfast although same food daily Could do with done variation
