Perfect base for central station and lots of restaurants

This was an excellent base for us. Just 5 minutes from the central station and so many restaurants close by. We chose to eat in a Venezuelan restaurant one night and a Persian restaurant the next. There’s also an excellent cafe opposite. The room was recently decorated and sparkling clean. Very small with tiny bathroom, but that’s what we expected as it was exceptionally cheap.

It was absolutely pleasant short stay in February 2023. We made booking by mailing the hotel directly.The reservation person , Ravi, was very helpful during the reservation communication. The hotel has a very convenient location - few steps from Central station.-so one can move around the city with no issues The check in was very smooth, Daniel, receptionist, was very welcoming and efficient at the same time.Thank you, Daniel. The room was of right size, clean and cosy, bathroom was tiny but shiny clean with all amenities one might need during the short stay. WIFI is good, stable signal. Highlight of the stay - breakfast: so delicious options to choose from! Dear restaurant team, thank you very much for fabulous breakfasts! Good value for money paid. Definitely recommend for short stay.

I went down to Reception to ask for assistance in translating a message from a Corona test center. The man translated it very quickly, and insisted the password was my home password. It was not my home postcode- it was the post ode of the hotel. Surely staff are trained to assist guests, not to fob them off. Am I wrong to expect civility and assistance from Reception? I am a member of Accor All, perhaps I should reconsider.

check in staff allway said you have to pay befor check in, it is too lazy too look or they never look in system or the hotel system it too old, it can't find or update any booking with prepayment from other booking system like Booking.com or even they own system via the Accor booking web app. it also can't find any prepayment infomation. our travel group are 6 rooms and stay over 10 nights. i have to use my credit card for duble paid. it is non reasonable and unfair for us to duble pay for hotel room that we alredy paid in advance! two days after i got email from hotel, they are asking for come back to check in counter for make refund of over charg form Hotel and never got apologise from check in staff!
