Such a funky hotel! Everywhere you turn you see something different - this hotel has a strong personality! Rooms are modestly sized but functional. Comfy beds though oddly split down the middle to make up a queen size in our room. great minibar offering (some free!) Common areas super cool and all of the drink and dining options on site were top quality and offered great service. Dandy location near the station. Quiet inside though and only 10 minutes walk or a metro trip into the old town centre.

Central hotel but nothing special

Stayed here following a cancelled flight. The hotel is next to the central station. Train direct from the airport stops here. Check-in was a little unfriendly and breakfast was a little confusing and slow by the staff. They didn't really want to acknowledge you to sit or serve you. The rooms were nice, but ours was weirdly laid out. The bathroom area was massive. Quirky hotel design. The boilerman bar gets busy but the cocktails were nice. Depending where you are in the hotel, it could be noisey

Excellent service, excellent restaraunt and fun, clean rooms

Quirky, fun, great rooms, location and service. Able to check in as soon as we arrived (around 8am). Clean rooms, free minibar. Really comfortable bed, separate areas toilets and showers. Many fun features throughout the rooms (angel wings, loan carry bags (waterproof)) and the hotel (swan seat, type writers). Attached to busy a but accommodating lounge bar library, excellent restaraunt and good breakfast options. All with the bonus of being right next to the train station and in central location. Would stay again.

The 25hours Hotel the Royal Bavarian is a great hotel with fantastic access to the main train station in Munich. I was only here overnight, but enjoyed my brief stay the rooms were quite nice, with kind of an updated "vintage Bavarian" aesthetic. The rooms have free mini bars and are clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is very high quality and a great place to start your day. The neighborhood around the train station isn't the best, but didn't feel unsafe, even at night. I would certainly stay here again.

It is a quirky hotel, as most have shared. I only had less than 24 hours to spend in Munich; hence, the hotel is perfect for its location just across the street from the Munich train station. Marienplatz is only less than 15 minutes walk away! The only complaint is that I am not used to the theme of the decor, and the corridor leading to the rooms is quite dark for personal comfort. The room could be brighter, but unfortunately, one of the lights next to the bedside was faulty. Despite that, the room is generally clean and suitable for one night in a great location.
