This is a basic but very clean hotel with friendly staff in a brilliant location in the heart of Munich. It is situated in a quiet street about five minutes walk from the Marienplatz and the main shopping area. There is a good choice at breakfast, and complimentary coffee is available all day. The downsides:- 1. There is no bar or restaurant for evening meals. 2. There is only one lift, and sometimes queues form to use it when a party of tourists arrive or leave. The breakfast room can become crowded for the same reason. However, I wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else when in Munich.

Lovely hotel - great location

My son and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and we were very impressed with our spacious twin room. The room itself was spotless, modern and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold options plus 24 access to a coffee machine. The mini-bar is complimentary and restocked daily. The staff are exceptional. Sandja (I think her name was) checked us in and was so friendly, polite and helped us with local knowledge. It was my birthday whilst we stayed and she remembered this and took the time to wish me a happy birthday. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

A great place to stay for both business and leisure. Such an easy going place, no fuss or hassle - minibar is included and restocked daily, free breakfast, easy wifi. Very well located, clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Munich.

Stayed with group of friends for the weekend as going to the Coldplay concert. The hotel is in a great location, minutes walk from train, open top bus, tram, town hall etc.. I would describe rooms as very clean and functional. Good air conditioning, comfy beds but shame no coffee / tea making facilities in room (although there is a kettle) and bath towels very small. There is however 24 hr access to a very good coffee machine at no cost. The breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice and all tasty and loved the fresh orange juice /honeycomb. If in Munich I would happily stay here again.

Comfortable rooms and excellent service all within an easy walk to the sites in the heart of old town Munich. I must specifically note that the front desk staff (Angelica and Sabrina in particular) were very helpful for me since my luggage had been lost in my connection to getting to Munich. They spent the time with me calling various numbers trying to help me get answers, which was well above their duties. I very much appreciate everything they did for me, and their kindness in listening to me. The breakfast buffet had many tasty hills and cold choices, and specifically I enjoyed the full-sized pretzels. It was a nice touch to have coffee, tea, and water avaliable any time of day from the breakfast room.
