We thoroughly enjoyed the Mercure. It was in a good location and the free minibar was AWESOME! They refilled it daily! Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean rooms. Staff super friendly. Close proximity to things I wanted to go and do. Excellent breakfast choices. Airconditioning very strong. Very comfortable room. Free refill of drinks in the fridge daily was outstanding. Over all rating 5 stars.

Breakfast is pretty good (including Weißwürst). Staff is great (helpful and knowledgeable). 3 minutes from Karlsplatz (Stachus) where all the public transportation is (S-Bahn, tram and subway). Hop on starts also there. A couple of minutes to Hauptbahnhof (central railway station), about 10 minutes to Marienplatz (I walk very slowly). Not so pretty: many homeless people around the hotel.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. It's a short walk to the train station and trams and close to all the central sights of the city too. The room was good and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a huge shower. There was also a free mini bar which was topped up each day ( beer and soft drinks, water and snacks). Breakfast was an excellent buffet with plenty of choice. It's a good idea to time your breakfast to avoid peak times in the restaurant and these are displayed on cards around the hotel.Would definitely stay here again if we return to Munich.

Great location, great facilities and the buffet breakfast was so good especially the bacon!! Ha ha. What made the 5 day stay was Nikolas and his staff. The service they provided was outstanding , nothing was a bother and all my questions were answered in detail. Nikolas himself was outstanding and is probably the best guest services manager I have encountered. I and my family will be back. Thanks Nikolas
