I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, and the quirky design is entirely refreshing. I guess anywhere this funky might divide opinion, but it was right up my street. I can see that somewhere might find it all a bit too-cool-for-school, but I liked it a lot. The rooms do seem to vary quite a bit, so it might be an idea to ask for another room (as I did) if you don't like the first you are offered. Sadly for me, I only remembered that the mini-bar was free when I was checking out. Oh well. The hotel was still very good value.

Little Bizarre but Interesting

For a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation and proximity to Hbf it was pretty good. The decor was bizarre (all pink and red room was giving sort of seedy vibes) but if that's you're thing then go for it. Did find the room was a little too dark for our liking and it just felt unclean on the surfaces, but maybe that was down to the style of the furniture. Appreciated the complimentary minibar, though as a Gold member with Accor I was disappointed not to get our welcome drinks nor were we offered an upgrade, but rather put into a disabled room instead, and we had a long wait to be checked in by what looked like staff shortage. Would definitely try again if the price was more reasonable and if we got a normal room.

The room was like a sauna and the airco was Not working. The lady behind the desk told me that the airco never works in winter time. I friendly explained that I can sleep in a warm room! The lady Said I could discuss my Complaint with the Manager, who was not there! What is this for a solution! After dinner i told the Young man behind the desk that I paid 180 Euro for a room with airco! For him 22 Degrees was cold! WTF is this? I am the guest. He even proposed to book an other hotel?! I am the one who pays, I want to relax instead of having Stress in a hotel. This is the worst service I have ever had!

Room stayed hot the more time. Could hear all the construction and walking from outside. Very dim lights. I don’t believe anyone gave this place such good reviews. I have stayed all over the world and this is definitely not a 4.5 ranking for trip advisor
