However, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was quite weak and kept disconnecting. Overall, it offered great value for money. Despite the slow Wi-Fi, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The staff are really helpful and kind. I’m not sure if it’s a new hotel policy or what, but sometimes the room amenities aren’t fully provided. but overall I’m satisfied for the stay

dirty room, stain and mold on the sofa, insufficient ammenities. The staff doesnt change my dirty towel, I have to call the receptionist to tell the common norm.

This is a hotel to stay whenever I'm back in Bengkulu, Location is good. The room is okay there are few stains in the bedsheets and in the sofa in room 809. Food was better than my last stay in 2022. FO staff Iin was helpful with my bookings in apps
