The hotel itself is good and the breakfast quality is nice. The reception staff were helpful and welcoming. However, we had an extremely unpleasant experience with a bald elderly staff member at the restaurant that completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. While we were waiting for our food (which was significantly delayed), a family nearby was having a meal and feeding their baby. This staff member approached them and rudely asked them to leave the area. At first, I thought he was apologizing to us for our delayed order and the long wait, but I was shocked to realize he was actually telling this family they couldn't be there with their baby. His behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Someone with such poor customer service skills and lack of empathy should not be working in hospitality. The hotel would be much better without this employee. I hope management addresses this issue, as this kind of treatment is unacceptable and does not reflect well on an otherwise decent establishment.

Stayed here solo for 3 nights in December 2024. Check-in was smooth. Room and bathroom were OK - basic, no frills, could have been cleaner but otherwise reasonable. Hotel was located 10 minutes away from the metro station and does cross major thoroughfares; I didn't see many restaurants around the area but there was a Christmas market/fair nearby when I stayed. Only two other callouts are that the elevators are very small and slow, and that there aren't glass cups in either the room or at reception - you may have to borrow them from the cafe on the second floor which can be awkward. Overall, a reasonable stay.

I had a wonderful four night stay end May to early June. The location is great with Restaurants, shops / stores a short walk away. The hop on hop off sightseeing bus stop is close to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and staff pleasant. The breakfast Buffett is very good.

Woke up thirsty realizing I'd ran out of water. Went to ask reception for a drink in the night and was told no. And I mean a hard no. Drinking tap water from a paper cup on holiday is quite disappointing. No offer of and resolve. Asked if any shops nearby likely to be open. Maybe a McDonald's ten minutes walk. Very very basic no luxury at all. Very disappointed wish I'd booked somewhere else.

Great location. 10 mins walk to 2 different metro stations, or the city tour bus. Room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet styles with plenty of choices and large dining area. We took a local bus from airport which was very easy. There is a large park nearby and many places to eat.
