We experienced a warm welcome on arrival and every interaction we had with all staff was friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than the average Ibis and cleaned to a high standard every day. Location was close to the metro, a covered market and there is a Lidl across the road.

We stayed here for split stay of 3 nights and 2 nights. The hotel is good for the value and the rooms are basic and better from IBIS standards. The USP of the hotel is its pleasant and cheerful front desk staff. The hotel has no regular restaurant and the eating place provided serves basic food items like drinks and sandwich etc. The breakfast spread is limited to scrambled egg, sausages, croissants, bread , fruit salad etc but it is value for the price charged. The housekeeping is good ! They have no facility for storage of luggage over a period( they can store it for a day of your stay) so we had to lug our suitcases with us for the intervening period.For this luggage reason, my evaluation is restricted to 4 star instead of 5 star ! During the early checkout of my son at 5 am, the front desk person suggested, on his own, to have breakfast of bread and croissants and coffee, which were placed for the day ,already; which was nice of him, at this early morning period. Overall it was a good experience.

While attending Web Summit, we chose Ibis for its convenient location, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several aspects: Check-In Experience: the welcome was cold and unprofessional. The staff member (called Ana) seemed disengaged, even stating multiple times that "this is not a job for her." This set a poor tone for the stay. Room Issues: iInitially offered a larger room, we requested a change due to its proximity to a noisy smoking area. The communication during this process was poorly handled, leaving us feeling unheard. The new room was dark, noisy, and far from the "renovated" quality advertised. Additionally, the room was excessively warm (26°C), and the staff dismissively stated that air conditioning only operates in summer. This severely impacted our sleep quality and left us exhausted during the event. Positives: breakfast offered excellent value, including fresh orange juice. A standout staff member (gentleman) in brought warmth and professionalism, leaving a positive impression during our mornings. Improved communication and attentiveness from staff could have made a significant difference

The hotel is in a convenient location for the airport ( direct line on metro) as well as other places you would visit. Lots of decent eating establishments nearby as well as cafes for a low cost coffee and breakfast fare. The room itself was basic and sparse, though the room did get serviced everyday which was appreciated. The downstairs restaurant was open most of the time so you could always get a drink even if it was late, sering as there were no hot drink facilities in the room nor a fridge. The hotel staff were friendly enough and a supermarket directly opposite was very handy.

Located in a nice and tranquil neighborhood but not very close to main attractions. We had stayed in many Ibis hotels and these rooms are more of an Ibis Budget, very small, barely space to move around the bed. The reception people are very nice but I would not recommend due to the small size of the rooms.
