Stayed here for the second time following a previous stay in 2022. A basic no frills stay that did what it needed to do for a one night in Lisbon. Bathroom was very small, and room had a slight musty smell. Friendly staff on check out which was a complete contrast to check in when the member of staff was unfriendly and ignored me, which happened a number of times that afternoon. Good price, 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations, but unlikely to return again.

Excellent service from staff. I especially appreciated the birthday cake they placed in my room. Very helpful when I needed help booking a taxi. The bathroom was perfect. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro station Marques de Pombal. I used it only to get to other parts of the city, but I liked that the hotel wasn't bang in the centre of things. I liked the bar/restaurant area; good food, reasonably priced. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The wifi worked perfectly. I really don't have anything negative to say.

Unfortunately, my family encountered an emergency on the day of our check in. We immediately called Agoda about this because our reservation was already non cancellable. Agoda informed us that if Ibis Styles agrees to cancel, it's ok for them to refund our payment. Agoda was very understanding of our plight and how stressed we were. However, in spite of my numerous pleas for understanding due to the medical emergency, they refuse to refund us. I was even willing to email them a medical certificate. We requested for a refund so we can use the money to pay for the medical bill of the emergency. So beware, this hotel doesn't care about your situation. All they care about is your money regardless of your condition. Truly, heartless.

Minimalist room, no tea or coffee in the room, no slippers. Had to borrow kettle from the reception. Welcome drink for only 2 person when I book 2 rooms for 4 persons. The Worst ibis hotel ever stayed.

Excellent place to stay, near to old city, rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are fine, cleanliness and housekeeping is very good. The breakfast decent. There are number of eating places nearby. Staff is courteous and helpful. Will recommend anyday
