WORST HOTEL AND STAY EVER! PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ!

From each and every aspect absolutely terrible! DO NOT STAY HERE! IS CHEAP AND NASTY, WORST STAY OF MY LIFE PLEASE READ FURTHER AND SEE PHOTOS From an English perspective who loves travelling and enjoys luxury this isn’t the one! Checked in after a night flight feeling shattered and firstly got told that our hotel wasn’t reserved which after 10 minutes was finally found, checked us into a smokers room with used, full ashtrays on bedside table and a half drank bottle of water with the bed scruffed up and rubbish bags on the floor. After complaining was checked into another room on another floor which had grimey bathroom, hairs everywhere and was then after 2 nights on Christmas Day at 11:30pm after being with family at another hotel had our key deactivated and a note left on the door stating “come to reception to settle the room fees” which was already paid in full and after going to reception and waiting for 20 mins got told “sorry it’s a mistake” and had our keys reinstated, how can this be a mistake and locked from our rooms…?! Valet parking for our car tell us they are too busy everyday and we have to be given the key and retrieve car from basement ourselves? All stated as part of the service they provide. Then was upgraded to a better room as you would expect for compensation which was better I must admit however upon check out tell us they have no scales to weigh our cases? A massive hotel branch in Duabi that have no weighing scales for luggage? Crazy! And the staff do not say nor do anything about it at all just rude and arrogant. Would never advise this hotel to anyone and if your reading this we are not snobs or clean freaks however would not even compare this to a premier inn it’s ten times worse, hostel would probably be better!

I stayed with my partner for the 1st time in the hotel. Unfortunately, there were several points that let us down and I have sent an email to the FO manager, unfortunately no reply There are 2 things positive - all staff we met and asked for help, they did! - 2 staffs in Flying Elephant really engaged with us. The gentleman we met( sorry i forgot the name) i believe bartender/sommelier was attentive and friendly. An asset. Thank you. I do hope my concerns will be addressed and have the courtesy to acknowledge my email.

I am happy with housekeeping staff Indresh thakur because he is very friendly and kind he cleaned my room very nicely eveyday. He is such a good guy. So special thank you and keep it up.

I stay in this hotel 3 days.I came here for my winter vacation.My room was very clean,and nice.I am very satisfied with Indresh from housekeeping keep it up and go ahead.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, had breakfast everyday with my family at 365 Restaurant. The spread is very good, service impeccable. Harshi and her team are very helpful and provide prompt service. They were especially patient, friendly and entertaining with my 7 year old and my toddler. The quality of food was superb. Variety excellent, everyday there was something new. All in all it’s a five star rating from me and my family. It’s my second time staying here, and certainly not the last.
