Had a business trip to Dubai for the ATM Exhibition in 6 to 9 May 2024. The hotel was booked through our tour operator and was a good choice. We didn't regret it as it was well managed except some small details that could have made our experience better. The check I and lobby not bad. The room was good and spacious. The food buffet was the worst point in the hotel although the food and beverage team are very kind and welcoming.

I was at first time here in Dubai. Everyone was so Nice in here. Food was good, cleaning the room was everyday if u wanted it. People was here very helpful if needed. The trip u wanted to Do was very easy cos u got help from the hotel where ever u wanted to Go. Our trip here was perfect for my family.

I recently dined at 365 Restaurant in Novotel Al Barsha and had a wonderful experience. The modern ambiance was inviting, and the service was exceptional, friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home. Thank you to Claudette and to her team. The buffet featured a fantastic variety of international dishes, all flavorful presented. Given the quality of food and service, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value.

Friendly and very helpful staff specially Mr. Gharib front desk with providing all the needed facilities in the hotel to make sure we are having a comfy and relaxed staying , and Mr. Sadnani was very helpful with excursions planning and providing all required details ..also perfect hotel spot near to all transportations possible

Disappointing Stay for Families: Lacks Basic Amenities and Service

The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location near the metro station. However, our stay was disappointing, especially as an Indian family with a young child. We had requested a bottle warmer and a kids' bed during the booking, but at check-in, we were simply told these facilities were unavailable. The bed in our room was quite small, making it uncomfortable to sleep with a baby. Service was another issue. The reception team often took multiple calls to respond, and even basic requests like drinking water required numerous follow-ups, often taking around two hours to arrive. The kids' play area was also disappointing. It lacked toys, had no television, and most items were either broken or poorly maintained. There was no staff present to assist or supervise, which raised concerns for our child's safety. While the restaurant managers were courteous and helpful, we felt the general hotel staff were not welcoming to Indian families. Apart from the 365 restaurant managers, we rarely received a warm greeting. On the day of checkout, I asked for assistance with our luggage, but no one came for nearly two hours. We were repeatedly told someone would be sent but ultimately had to manage on our own. Even the checkout process lacked support; I ended up dropping our keys in a dropbox as no staff were available at the reception. Overall, our experience was far from what we expected for a family-friendly stay.
