I had a wonderful stay at The Retreat Palm Dubai – MGallery by Sofitel, and it was made even more special as it was my birthday! A big thank you to Syed at the front desk for being so professional and kind. As an Accor Gold member, he upgraded my room and ensured a smooth check-in. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary welcome snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. I’d also like to appreciate Mr. Zia, the main manager, who was friendly, approachable, and ensured everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly located on Palm Jumeirah. Overall, the experience was memorable, luxurious, and very well-handled. Highly recommended, and I would love to stay here again!

Highly recommend @The Retreat Palm Dubai! Amazed by their service and sense of responsibility towards guests. Celebrated my wedding anniversary there and it was wonderful! The room and surprise cake were amazing 😊. Special thanks to Mr Rohit (Reservation Dept) and Mr Syed Fahad (Reception) for the smooth check-in, check-out and excellent untiring services. Also, big thanks to Ms Anita from Club Lounge and the cleaning staff for their excellent service. Definitely visiting again!
