호텔의 외관이나 룸컨디션은 매우 좋으나 직원들의 친절도 및 서비스가 최악이라 여행 내내 불쾌했습니다. 버틀러서비스를 전혀 받지 못했으며 간단한 요구사항도 제대로 들어주지 않았습니다. 전체적으로 호텔 직원들의 태도가 불친절했으며 특히 리셉션 직원과 로비 층에 보안를 위해 서있는 남자직원은 나의 도움요청을 무시하고 조롱했습니다. 또한 방 키가 고장났을 때 대처방법이 아주 최악이었습니다. 방 키가 고장난 것에 대해 사과 한 마디 없었으며 체크아웃 할 때도 아무리 기다려도 내 차례가 오지 않아서 참다못해 내가 나서야 간신히 문제가 해결되었습니다. 체크아웃을 위하 나는 한참 기다려야했고 직원은 사과 한 마디 하지 않았습니다. 심각합니다.
